Very clean store , well supplied and very helpful and friendly employees.

I went to Seneca Home Depot today after a disappointing trip to a local hardware. I was treated respectfully, offered assistance in a kind light hearted manner, and was assisted to find the part I needed quickly after showing them a picture of the part with the part number.

Had my best & most streamlined visit yet. Employees were so helpful to help me locate the item I needed.

Toni was so helpful with my shopping experience, she helped me find exactly what I need and was very courteous. I will definitely be coming back.

Hope in the paint department is an asset to home depot. I am a store manager of a corporate grocery store. I know what customer service is and she nailed it!!

I needed a power tool and was amazed with the selections available. Also the hardware staff provided me with several options to fit my specific projects. There was a sale going on which made my selection more easy to buy and the quality with the warranty. I continued shopping looking for paint and was pleased the paint associate provided me with the right product to paint our ceiling. The customer service was excellent and being a senior with difficulty hearing. Bob was very patient and understanding. Both stores in Eugene have the best staff that really provide excellent service.

This place never disappoints. Good service and great prices.

When we had a problem with the wrong refrigerator being delivered, the store staff came through right away. He saved us from great inconvenience, and quickly. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I needed to purchase lumber to construct a platform that a friend who uses a scooter could use to get into our AB&B rental. The staff clearly explained the different types of lumber that were available and helped me find the most cost-effective solution.

I had an issue and Luis in Customer Service was phenomenal and was able to take care of all the issues and challenges I had, Luis went above and beyond and it's rare to get such amazing customer service.

Running a business I appreciate the smooth transaction process when having an employee pick up materials and take a payment over the phone or being able to pre-purchase online and send for immediate pickup. A bit understaffed, hard to find help sometimes.

I love it when a plan comes together, I haven't had a dishwasher for over 12 years. My daughter and daughter-in-law made it happen this year with a gift card to Home Depot. We met Joe and he made it fun and easy. I can't thank everyone enough for making this happen. Thank you

Tate (one of the managers) and Hope (appliance sales) really went out of their way and in after a matter of hours solved an issue we were having for nearly 6 months with one of the appliance manufactures. We bought a range from HD that shorted a high amperage wire burning the inside of the paneling. It is a miracle it didn't start a fire. The range was only 3 months old. We tried for 6 months working it out with the factory. They kept sending the wrong wire harness. I finally told the factory they needed to replace the range. Instead they offered 3 months extended factory warranty. Later they offered 12 months extended warranty. 6 months later and the (maybe) correct wire harness on back order for 3 weeks with no delivery date in sight. Frigidaire offered to buy back the range for the original purchase price. But I needed to fill out all kind of forms and send in the original receipt. But they would not refund the 5 year extended warranty, nor would they pay for hauling of and recycling the dead range. While telling me I had to make sure, and give them evidence the range was disposed of. I could not find the receipt so i went into the Home Depot to get the receipt and find out how to be refunded for the 5 year extended warranty purchased from HD. That's when Tate stepped in to help. He turned the issue over to a HD escelation team. And since I purchased the HD extended warranty I got priority service. Tate stayed on top of it and made sure every thing was going through. He also stayed in contact with me letting me know what was happening. In the meantime we purchased a different range and a dishwasher. Hope was extremely helpful. She .are sure we qualified for several discounts and applied the Black Friday sales discounts. Within 2 days HD settled with Frigidaire and had the money refunded. Tate made sure that the old range was picked up at no cost to us. He really bent over backwards to make sure we were reimbursed and treated right. Our new range (not a Frigidaire) was delivered and the dead one was taken away. With the black Friday sale price and Tate's and Hope's help, we got a 6 month problem taken care of in short order and at no extra cost to us. Tate and HD really did make things right. Thank you Tate, Hope and Home Depot. We received everything in time for Thanksgiving!
