Working a special event I was in need of having over 100 keys made and met the most wonderful crew RJ, Bre, and another young lady I didn’t get her name and I feel badly about that. But this crew made sure that I held the keys to the Kingdom they rally together and they got it done we got 100 keys made in less than an hour this team at the store rocks

On my last trip I encountered a very pleasant cashier (Bibi) I wish all of the other employees would really take a page from her book and be a little bit nicer.

I have always liked Home Depot. This store is full of employees eager to help. They are professional and very polite. I had a very good experience this morning at this Home Depot!

The people that work at this store are great.. There is so many cashiers that are awesome and I love Bree.

Promised delivery on Monday. Only delivered half. They rescheduled the remaining part of the order for Wednesday. Plus they have a 14 hour delivery window 6AM to 8PM so you have to wait around because someone has to be there to accept the delivery. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I've been a customer at Home Depot for many years, their employee at this location has a great experience with helping customers find and locate the produce they are looking for, Keep up the great work.

Today 5/14 I met a young lady named Sophia she is what customer service is supposed to be she was polite and knowledgeable and it seemed as she wanted to be at work instead of someone one coming to a job If she decides to continue to be at Home Depot she has all the tools to go very far with the company

Was in and out very quickly. Needed a key copied. An associate helped me immediately and made me the key. I couldnt use self check out out because I was paying cash so I went to a register with a cashier. There was a gentleman in line in front of me that was doing a complicated return so another associate Sandra opened up her register to assist me when she saw me waiting.

All of the staff were very helpful in finding the chainsaws that I needed for my project. Renee from customer services assisted me with getting the best deal. Emilia the cashier helped with check out and signed me up for a home depot credit card. I needed to exchange an item and Emeline at customer service was very thoughtful and let me leave my item up front to exchange it.

I bought paint a month ago and it was a color mixture and I was looking for something this female manager went out if her way to help me

My husband and I were able to get the tools we were looking for with the help of a knowledgeable associate, Bree. We were in and out with Bree's help as satisfied customers, and the prices were affordable.

I had a security guard follow me around the store. I guess the problem was shopping while black. I know, I am a black man and a few items it my shopping cart. Wow, wow, wow!!! I will follow up with this one with the Regional Manager of Home Depot.

I had a fantastic experience at the store today, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Joan the self-service cashier and Kendra on the floor. I was in search of laminated flooring and they both greatly assisted me in finding the perfect product for my needs. Joan was friendly and efficient at the cashier, making the transaction quick and easy. Kendra on the floor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and providing valuable insights and recommendations. The employees are always helpful and they almost always have what I need in stock. I definitely recommend this store.

I’d heard so much about inflation on trees and shortage in supply. Not my experience at the West Colonial HD location. They had a great supply of nice looking trees and the prices were pretty comparable to last year. In addition, the customer service was outstanding and associate Demetrio in Christmas trees was both knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

I went to purchase a refrigerator on 11/17 and had to wait for almost an hour along with 3 other customers to get help and when I finally got help the worker told me they are short staffed always during the week and that's ridiculous (Customers do shop during the week as well)

I went to bought bbq paint easy in and out experience got assisted and adviese from both experience and junior staff members.

I went to the Home Depot with just an idea of what type of fixtures I needed to place in my kitchen and staff member, Chris, was a tremendous help! It was like shopping with an old friend.
