    Great team work!
    Thank you for all your help !! Chris in the tool section helped me locate batteries and also looked up to see if any other where on the floor. Helped me at check out. I was using gift cards and Dana helped us with checking out. Team work and great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store!!

          Little frustrated
          A Home Depot employee put name in the system and misspelled my name so every time I use a gift card, I need to ask for assistance because there is, and I quote, "no physical way to get your name corrected in Home Depot's system." In addition, I can't take my dead husbands name deleted from their system so I receive information, emails etc in his name and it is a painful reminder that he is dead.

              EASY FIX.
              I purchased SHARK BITE couplers for 3/4 inch copper pipe recently. I tried solder first and I struggled with it because I could not stop water flow 100%. Steam escaping made it impossible. A friend suggested Shark Bite and I picked them up, install and of course they leaked. I returned to Home Depot and got my instruction from a great Employee.

                Friendly helpful staff
                I do a lot of DIY around my house. I've lived there for over 30 years. There are many home improvement stores in my area even 3 other Home Depots nearby. While this store is not the largest, it always gets my business first simply because of their staff. They always are friendly, helpful and seem to really know what they are doing. I know where just about everything is in the store, but I am always amazed by the service. Great people make the difference.

                                The Home Depot on West Bell Road is so helpful in finding things and especially dealing with gentlemen in the Door Department
                                I was surprised to find the difference in dealing with the Home Depot on Bell compared to the service received at the zHome Depot on Happy Valley Road. I will be going to Home Depot on Bell from now on. Gerry and Roger in doors are exceptional in their service!

                                        Three weeks to fill an online order?!?!
                                        Super disappointed with this location. We placed an online order three weeks ago. Everything in the order showed “in stock” at the time. Hours after checking out, we receive a call that “Part of your order is ready” and part of “your order has been cancelled” due to items (27 of 62) not being in stock. We call back, no explanation as to why the computer isn’t accurate and no apology, just “we don’t have those things”. We pick up our order only to find out that andditional items are not included and “will be shipped” within two weeks. Really?! How many people start a (small) project wanting to take two weeks to complete it? We utilize another Home Depot for extra items to start the project. In the next few weeks we continually get “your order is ready” only to stop by the store multiple times and it’s not ready. One time I stop and ONE item is in. Still doesn’t complete my order. In dealing with the cashier he says “there should be more”. I explain to him what I’m waiting for and that I had already picked up the partial order. He states that they didn’t mark it picked up. A dishonest person could’ve walked off with the product. Continual errors. Here we are 3+ weeks later, the project complete and notice one gutter is damaged (has small holes, was obviously returned to the store, unchecked and sold to us). We were able to make it work but it’s not what we paid for. With the project complete we return what we didn’t use. I had to walk the cashier through item by item as he couldn’t seem to figure it out himself. In all the shuffle he misplaces one item (how? I don’t know, but not surprised after what we’ve been through). At this point, I’m done with this place. I take my “shorted” refund and get out. Seriously, have never had so many issues with any Home Depot!

                                            If you need help, this store had the best customer service
                                            I had 4, yes 4, very helpful people at this store. First person, over the phone, actually took his time to verify the item I was looking for was in stock. The 3 people I had contact with in the store were friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my endless questions, and made me feel I was a valued customer. If you need lumber or block for a project, go to the Bell and 67 Ave store. Lou, Rick, Armando and Richie are the the most helpful, friendly people!

                                                    Danica was clearly busy with multiple requests most of which were not standard, nor was mine. She handled all the issues effectively, professionally and with a smile. I had a previous very large project through Home Depot that went bad. This project was over $20,000 and I swore not to shop at Home Depot anymore. I’ve softened over time and employees like Danica will ultimately bring me back completely.

                                                          Terrible return policy
                                                          I purchased an item at Home Depot which another person returned for me as a favor. However, the other person did not have my credit card so a store credit was issued by way of a gift card. I went today to purchase items at Home Depot, and the store credit was refused because my driver’s license doesn’t match their records. This is a ridiculous policy which is most likely just another revenue stream for Home Depot, wasted return funds due to extreme difficulty redeeming said refund card.

                                                            Conrad went above and beyond finding us a router that he knew was in stock but not on the shelf it was supposed to be on. He even grabbed the other few things on my list as he was walking the aisles in search of the router. Laura was extremely friendly and helpful working the self-checkout registers.
