We've been looking for a new electric range for a few weeks, and doing some research online and in other stores. When we walked in the kitchen section, we were immediately assisted by a friendly employee at the store. We walked out less than 30 minutes later with the promise that our new appliance will be delivered in just a few days. It was an easy and efficient experience. Thank you.

I am remodeling my kitchen and have found this store has a great selection of flooring and backsplash products.

Our treatment at the West Asheville Home Depot dwarfs anything we have experienced at any other home improvement store. From the managers to the regular employees, we were never ignored as is typical in these types of stores but in fact, were treated like royalty. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and most things in stock, this is a great store overall. And, if you are lucky enough to deal with Krystal, you will know even better what I mean. Highly recommended!

I was buying clearance holiday items, needed help making the purchase as it was a floor item with no box, and all the employees who assisted me made sure I had what I needed. I especially appreciated their willingness to stop doing their regular restocking work to help me.

Elsa Rosario (Appliance Specialist) gave us top-tier customer service. She made the stressful process of purchasing a large appliance (suddenly and unexpectedly) so smooth and simple. We recently found ourselves in urgent need of a large appliance and went to this store to get one as online searches showed they had the best price and availability of what we needed. While I'm disappointed that the refrigerator wasn't in stock, only on display, Elsa went above and beyond to help us through the selection and purchase process. This store has an incredible asset in Elsa Rosario! We will be back for our future needs.

Went in to buy some Christmas lights and ended up spending 350.00. Couldn't resist because of all the great deals.

I went to Home Depot for information about replacing a ceiling fan for better lighting. Bought a light kit. Also bought a galvanized garbage can for bird seed. In both areas, the salesmen were helpful and knew about the products.

Bryan provided a ton of help on my patio project. Useful design tweaks to make it more diy friendly and great service getting me set up with everything I needed.

The store is spacious and employees were courteous.

Lots less expensive than Haywood Appliance and better service too.

I am so pleased with my visit today. A special shout out to Christina, who works in the garden center, was sent to power tools. I went shopping for Father's day. She went with me and answered. She even told a customer that she was busy with me and she would help them when she was done with me. It is hard to find someone who will take the time to help you. She was pleasant, kind and respectful. She was smiling and just excellent service. Then I went to garden center and had help from Ronda. She helped me hunt a specific color which was blue. She was equally as pleasant as Christina. I had surgery a week ago today, both ladies helped me pick up stuff and took care of everything. I can't praise these women enough for who they are and how much help that they were to me. Thank you, ladies! Both of you are wonderful employees and should be praised by their bosses. Today was great and I'm so pleased with this trip to Hone Depot. These ladies really made the difference.

Krystal helped me pick out flooring and gave my prices on all phases of installation cost baseboard options and furniture removal etc. was very Patient professional and knowledgeable.

Kerry was helping the people in the store and on the phone, but so great with them both!

We had to replace a refrigerator damaged by a recent storm and, of course, this needed to happen quickly. We were assisted by employee Lexie, who did a great job making us feel comfortable and welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the products and sought out several options for us.

Jackie and Tye were awesome gave great service took care of a problem I had with online system and helped tremendously

I had amazing experience! As a single mom and doing things on my own I wasn’t sure if I was gonna find the part I needed but i had an employee help me and he knew exactly what I needed and stayed with me throughout my whole experience to help! The parts worked and fit perfectly!

My husband and I went to purchase a new drill, the gentleman was very kind.

This store is always well-stocked, and the employees are very helpful. We are satisfied with how convenient and useful this location is.

I look "homeless" lol so everytime I go into this particular store they always follow me and watch me very closely. But NOBODY ever asks if I can be helped... NEVER!! FIX THIS NOW please!!
