For being a large "box store chain", this store has employees that truly enjoy working there and have pride in what they do. It feels like going to a "mom and pop" business. If you have questions regarding exactly what you need, I have found the employees to be knowledgeable about the products. They take the time to listen and try to help you solve your improvement and or repair.

Cody helped me find a rare plant that was hard to locate. And helped load dirt on my cart. The people that work in the garden center are super friendly and they always have a lot of wonderful plants.

Service, employees always friendly and we can always find what we need.

My last trip to Home Depot was great! A mature man greeted me before I came in the door asking if he could help. He was willing to take me to the product I wanted. Later another man helped me look up where I could find something the store doesn’t carry. Wow! Then Ruben, the first man, helped me quickly get checked out and put the very heavy items in my car. Excellent customer service! And if you ever need help in the Garden Dept. find out what days Kathleen (?) works. She is VERY knowledgeable and helpful!

Everything is locked up, yet no one to unlock the items. Spent my lunch HOUR trying to get an employee to unlock a tool so I could buy it. Twice asked for help from a different dept to no avail. Horrible experience.

my cooling system just died on me last summer. I ordered an evap cooler for the interm. they had it shipped and ready for pickup in just 2 days. I called ahead and it already outside and ready to be loaded, had all the parts i needed for the rest of the install inside.

I am handicapped and I was verbally assaulted for being handicapped by an employee while the manager witnessed it. I was told by the manager he would “take care of it” and the next time I was in the store that same employee that assaulted me was glaring at me as I rode by on the electric scooter. I am very surprised this would ever be tolerated by a business.

When you come in with a trailer be prepared to park a ways from the store. Trailer parking is usually filled with people without trailers. The loading area is usually filled with vehicles parked while they walk around shopping and no reason to park there. Good luck

Home Depot was the last place that had the gas-powered riding lawnmower that I was looking for. Morgan and Paul made my experience there great. I appreciate great customer service and products and I got both.

A few years ago I bought Garden Way. Garden Pathway mulch now you don’t carry it and I have to go to Lowe’s in Cotati to purchase it. Sure wish you carried it here again
