I had a great experience from the cashier to customer service. They went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. There is a Home Depot near my house but I am going to visit this location from now on.

I had went to go by some stuff and I did ask an associate in their very friendly they helped me and everything I can't you know disagree about that they were great but once we got to the self payout the employee that was there was helping us in this Susan manager not knowing what was going on tries to get involved admitting to not knowing that she didn't know what had happened and she just said that she was there to back up her employees it was just so horrible it was the most horrible experience I've ever had in a store and then for a manager to get other employees involved when they had nothing to do with it and make a scene that is just bad they should always just trying to take care of the customer or the problem or whatever minimize the situation you know not get other people involved try to you no keep your common composure she was not she was just very you know didn't care you know maybe we're not even having a problem and she just wanted to get involved Susan the manager at home Depot it is the worst I hope something is done about it

Luckily, they had the cooler pads I was looking for, because the east side stores located them for me. From the minute I stepped into the store, everybody was so friendly and accommodating, making my long commute a pleasant one.

This home depot is clean and the people are nice and anybody is willing to help you get what you need. If you come to this location more. Often you will find that the people will know you and they will be more susceptible in helping you.

We've been buying materials for fixing up the house. We've found everything we need, and people to help us.

I have been shopping here for the past 3 1/5 to 4 years and I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is helpful and I have always been able to find what I need here.

They assume everybody at this store is guilty even if you spend 30000 a year with them and then they make you check out your own wire even though they assume you're a guilty thieving scumbag.

When I was looking for some filters and toggle bolts, some one walked to the exact location for each item.

I’ve spent a lot of time and money in this store. The staff doesn’t seem to care about helping anyone. Items are miss priced and when you bring it to their attention they get defensive. Store is extremely cluttered and disorganized.

It's hard to find a healthy plant that has not been overwatered and will later rot after you buy it. Selection is good but care of plants by the store is not.

It means so much to me, as an elderly gardener. when I receive help loading my car. The most pleasant young man came out on his own and loaded my car recently. I deeply appreciate the help. This store has the most friendly and kind people. Thank you.

We purchased a washer and dryer and the delivery crew didn't know how to install the steam feature on the dryer. When we called the number on the invoice they sent out another crew days later ( in the meantime we discovered the new 1,000$ dryer made a grinding noise) when the second crew came out they agreed that the dryer needed to be replaced. When they left, the dryer steam they installed flooded out familyroom so they had to come out a 3rd time to fix it. When we called Home Depot on Oracle rd, they said it was too late to reverse the sale but will have another manager call us on MOnday. I've already taken off 2 work days to accommodate their delivery times. I will never buy from HomeDepot again

I had a broken freezer (under warranty) picked up by hime depot. They are still holding on to my refund. It’s been almost 1 month since it was picked up. I’m out almost $1000 and the customer service department and management keeps feeding me stories without fixing the problem.

I enjoy shopping at this HomeDepot bacause the people are always helpful and friendly. I usually need special help, because of poor vision, and they help me very pleasantly.

As usual, the staff (3 separate employees) did not offer to help and then did not get me to someone who could. Problem with price at checkout and had to go take a picture and wait in line for two people only to find out that I didn't get a clear picture of the skew. Had to go take a second pic and wait in line again and then had the cashier get upset and rude with me because the system was wrong.

Ahmet was incredible, and went out of his way to ask if I needed something (when I was trying to find someone up front to help), I said I needed a board cut, and he said, “I don’t normally do that but instead of making you wait, let’s do it!” He got my board cut, then showed me the isle and options for cutting a round hole at home in my new board. Ahmet was so helpful, I will definitely be coming back due to this great experience, give that guy a raise!
