Team member Richard May was awesome. He understood the issue I was having with a broken door know and helped me to find the parts I needed. He even asked about my Christmas. Very nice and knowledgeable guy.

When I visit Home Depot.I always find what I need

I live closer to three other Home Depot’s but find the customer service and shopping experience the best at this store. The management and staff are so helpful and knowledgeable!

I was having a rough day today until I made a stop by my local Home Depot in Natomas off of Truxel Road, I went through self check out so that I didn’t have to talk to anybody and I could just be quick about it, the machine I was using was being funky, so Cindy Lou came over to help me. She sparked up a conversation about my day and was so very friendly, it slightly turned my day around and made me feel a little better. Definitely need more workers like Cindy Lou.

Today, my wife and I went to Home Depot around 1 pm. We visited the nursery garden area. One thing I disliked about this Home Depot is that during the entire time we were there, probably over 30 minutes, I didn't see a single associate come outside to help. We had multiple questions but no one to ask for help. Even the cashier was overwhelmed and needed assistance. It's spring season, and I can't believe there were no Home Depot workers outside helping out. I only saw workers inside.

The store has great employees and great customer service. Every time I go there someone is always willing to help.

Looking for something? Well, don't hesitate to ask any of the staff where something is. In about 95% of the cases they will tell you: "End of isle 26 on the righthand side." or some such. In the other 5% of the cases, they will find out on the spot and let you know. And if what you buy doesn't work as hoped, they have a generous return policy. The quality of things I have bought, from lumber to to toilet tank repair kits, has all been high quality.

It was stormy outside, but sunny inside. I went in with a bad mood but the sales associate Maria, was very knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. She was patient & offered to find what i needed that day to get back to work. . Its important when working customer service to maintaim patience and a smile despite the custoners mood. She was genuine in this, the ideal employee. Thank you.

Buying an LG refrigerator and dishwasher was one of the best purchases I have made. Incredible appliances and great service!

Not enough staffing on floor. Had to get ladder and product out of overhead myself after waiting 20 minutes. Tried to check out at pro desk since long lines at self check and only 1 register open at main registers and the 2 at lumber. Pro desk staff standing around with cell phones in hand texting and talking. Wouldn’t check me out since I didn’t have a phone in order. Between Truxel and Meadowview locations, they are equally tired for worst staffing, knowledge and help. But 5 stars for at least a couple staff always having a cell phone in hand.

Mr. Qunlivin was attentive and informative in helping me purchase my first ever washer. The delivery men were prompt and efficient and another source for useful information.

Nice easy going environment

I’d been looking for my item at other stores without success. With my minimal description Favi in Hardware was able to take me right to the item I was shopping for.

This used to be a great place to shop. Been there 100 times. For some reason, the employees are forgotten that they’re There to help customers. One employee acted annoyed when he had to wait for me to move my cart out of an aisle. Check out was rotten with a real sourpuss who was busy talking to somebody else couldn’t even greet me or say thank you. I worked in customer service for 20 years. Send it thousands of times a day I guess that’s old-fashioned.

Kudos to the very friendly nursery staff.

We brought a good faucet and it was very easy to find in stock

The last several times I've been to this store the loading area is full of parked vehicles, and I've been forced to push 600 or more pound of cement (10 sacks) on a cart out to my vehicle in the parking lot. It appears that the management there doesn't care enough to something about it.

Prices are mis-marked or missing and the employees couldn't care less to fix the issues. 😡😡😡

Assistant Manger Eddie was such a wonderful help. He was very willing and demonstrated care for helping me during my visit today. I explained my needs and he went above and beyond to help my classroom today. It is such a blessing to be helped by local businesses to create a comfortable place for our students to grow in.

I go to Home Depot A LOT. Very often. This stores employees are the best thus far. Ive had to go to another Home Depot near by and received not so great customer service, so Home Depot at Natomas is my first stop for everything I need for my fixer upper that I’m working on. One example is simply getting things that are out of reach or locked up. At Natomas they will help get items immediately. At other stores I’ve had to walk around to kill time for 30mins plus to get items. It makes a world of difference being that I have a large family and I have young kids whose patience isn’t the best.

I purchased some items for home repair had to return them ------ Then purchased more items with the help of staff and management. I am a satisfied customer Thank You for being in our neighborhood. Lynn

One employee, Ryan, at this Home Depot store was particularly friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us find what we need.

We've shopping for plumbing supply and got help by Ryan and Justin with a special problem. They solved the case and we left with the proper parts and with a happy face.

Tonight on this purchase the store was very helpful Kelly and Michael and two other humans were very nice and helpful

I went home depot to get some soil for my above ground beds for growing vegetables The girl her name is kelly When she saw that I was waiting for some help she came over and asked me what I needed. I told her that the four bags of soil that were left on the ground that I wanted raw broken and that I needed another pallet brought down. She went out of her way to help me and even took it to my car and put it in so I didn't have to try to get them in. I am handicapped and it was excellent not to be ignored. She is a star for home depot

This particular store has great knowledgable representatives in every department, that my opinion. They don't sweat you but do offer assistance and if they don't have an answer to your question they will get someone who does.

Go to this Home Depot. The management team recognize they need to take care of their customers. It makes all the difference.
