Eveyone from the people who collect the carriages to the people who help answer questions regarding just about anything are always there to help make your shopping experience that much more delightful. I am not good at fixing or repairing things, yet they do not judge you. On the contrary, they seem to love to teach and try to help you in any way possible. It makes such a huge difference when you need to buy something and you’re not sure where to begin. You could always count on the employees at this store to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I am a respiratory therapist at the hospital so I know what it’s like to work with people. My motto is to always treat everyone like family that way you know that you’re always doing right by them and that’s how I feel when I come to Home Depot.

I have shopped most HD stores in the area. Fairfield stinks… Bridgeport is rough and dirty,.. Danbury is a bit chaotic. Trumbull is by far the best: clean, very well organized, friendly knowledgeable motivated personel

I just moved to the area and so far the best store I’ve been to is Home Depot. Very nice costumer service, good deals and very big parking lot.

This was the best shopping experience I could asked for. From the moment I parked I was met with pleasantness. As I was shopping, I am sure looking lost and confused I was met by Dave Brunetto who takes curb side pick up who asked if I needed assistance and boy did I… he helped me with Caster, hinges, screws, paint, bits, stud finders and a bout 20 other things… I really couldn’t say enough about his assistance and outgoing personality…. I’ve never had a better shopping experience!!!

Matthew provided exceptional customer service. He loaded dozens of bags of gravel for me! He was so nice and I was able to get the job finished today because of his assistance.

Eddie was extremely kind in helping me find what I was looking for. I will be back to this home depot for the customer service alone!

I use the Trumbull Home Depot for all my DIY home projects. The staff are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to shop there.

I just bought the best no-kill mouse trap ever! In the first 24 hours on the floor, baited with peanut butter from the fridge, I caught four of the sneaky creatures. Every household needs a Victor Mouse Trap— easy to bait, easy to clean and easy to let the furry creatures go unhurt in the woods two miles from home. Best of all, it's priced less than $10. So far I've caught seven mice from winter's infestation. Victor, I LOVE you!

I went in the store to buy some electrical supplies, and not knowing anything about outlets one of the employees there Marc went above and beyond to explain to me how everything works. He walked with me isle to isle to make sure I got the right tools for the job. It made the experience great and I was able to solve the issue.

On the rare occasion that an store clerk even notices a customer, they turn their back or walk the other way. This is the RUDEST HD location that I have ever been to. It obviously starts from the manager (Andy?) who actually laughed in my face when I had a complaint about some employees refusing to help me,

Matthew was really helpful in gathering many bags of mulch and directing me to the right place. He stacked the bags and put them in the car for me. Great help....

I am 62 and love home projects and all my needs are met , especially in the assurances and return policy on every product, in a year going to 6 area home depots ive never been let down. even when i purchased the wrong product without asking anyone!! oops , no problem at all the CT Home Depots, a lot of expertise to match products to needs.

I have visited this store almost weekly since purchasing my home in the area. Always new stuff to see and generate ideas to "fix up" the home. Team members are helpful but not pushy. They are knowledgable and willing to share their opinion and or techniques. Great experience all the time. The products I need and want.

I started with returning an item was greeted by Latova. She was pleasent. Then as I shopped around an employee ask if I need help. I declined. Then @ check out I asked Elizabeth if I could apply for a Home Depot card. She started the process I was declined but the experience was pleasant for me... But not so much for the customers in line behind me!!! There was no direction for the customers behind me where to get checked out. Otherwise the store would of rated an "A" instead of a B . I look at that check out issue falling back on mgmt They should be aware of the customers ease to check out!!! Home Depot line other Big box stores haven't been staffing the front end correctly this has gone on way before pandemics. I operate my business differently I make sure the check out process is as quickly as possible. The North Haven store was the first one in this area of Ct. The customers had real cashier's not 4 self check outs. Thiers more self check outs than cashier employee registers. Something isn't right her on mgmts part.I don't understand why all else is great and you seem to forget the long lines and wait time is where you loose returning customer's.

I hope you have red my story on the survey, There are not enough people to help, or know about products. I have been going to this home depot since in opened.before this to the Bridgeport store. I never had a problem in Bridgeport, but Turnbull has a lot to learn.
