I was help by an amazing lady named MELANIE. I came with a special need to reinforce my bed base. I got some samples and pictures and explained to her my idea. She gave and she showed to me options and Items to have the job done. Here are the pictures on how I got that with a nice decent price vs other options that the final results were better with these wooden boards. Thanks Again Home deport for having this great asset. Definitely I will come back.

we purchased a Freezer at the Tracy store.The cashiers name was Ace.She was outstanding at customer service. I will defenately look for her when i shop there again

We go to Home Depot a lot for house projects, but today all the employees were friendly and smiling. Usually we have to hunt people down to help but not today! The A team was on duty

I bought a store appliance and had a great first impression and interaction with store employee Liz who helped me with everything from getting the transaction completed to getting the appliance stored away and loading it as well. Very diligent and caring with coworkers and customers alike

Tracy home Depot is well organized.

I was refused a military discount because I didn’t have an APP and the young lady helping me rolled her eyes at me. Don’t attest to support veterans and make them jump through hoops.

Had a bad experience with customer service reps on the floor being short and not patient with customers when being asked questions about products.

I walked into Home Depot minutes before closing. I wasn’t sure what part I needed. Matt L approached me and asked if he could help me. Even though he wasn’t sure himself he helped me find someone who could answer my question and helped me find the part I needed. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Matt L’s help. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Matt.

We bought an appliance, and paid for it and expected delivery but it's been all kinds of chaos with the very unprofessional delivery and installation team coming at random times and days outside of their initially provided time, they don't even bother to call us before coming or while they are our door. The customer service is u helpful regarding delivery and installation.

Registers are not set to charge sale pricing. You are charged regular prices then the receipt and sales ad is not enough proof. In my case their answer was "dig up all the plants and bring them in to show them".... What is all the item numbers if it is not item description?

The cashier was very unprofessional, unknowledgeable and rude. I will no longer be buying supplies from this location.

My washer went out and went to Home Depot in Tracy. I liked to get in and out since I have a disable son but I also like to know about products and believe me it was GREAT I walked out with a purchase of a new washer and it was fantastic

I was on my way home to Lathrop from Dublin and I stopped at the Home Depot Store in Tracy to get some plant seeds for my grandson. I entered the Nursery section of Home Depot and Carmelita greeted me. She was working in the nursery section and helped me find the seeds. I went back to her to get checked out and Carmelita was a sweetheart and complimented me on my smile. She was the one who put a smile on my face! :-)

For my DIY projects well received, with little delay, no hassles associates help for options! Great selection of products to choose from as well as top of the line offers & deals.

I bought bath fixtures got home to my plumber and it was missing a plate and pieces were used with soap scum on them, bought with the plastic tie in place Bad practice

Home depo and their team went beyond great customer service to help us with our bathroom remodel.

I've been in lots of Home Depot Stores wherever my job is and every store I go into everyone is very friendly and helpful. You can never go wrong with Home Depot.
