I installed an underground drainage and replaced downspouts gutters last year, installed new gutter 2 months ago, black iron pipe connections, made a bench 2 months ago plus a few outdoor electrical outlets very satisfied I found everything I need.

I had to return ALOT of items. The cashier (Sanilyn) and manager (Tara) were very courteous, patient and knowledgeable !!! It went as smooth as it could go thanks to them.

I bought this a few days ago and I’m happy I listened to the person helping me I got the right thing for my need

The girl at the desk was so quick to help and find me someone to load my concrete I’m elderly so this help can either make it a good day of shopping for me or bad but I was very happy in the end

I bought washing machine from this store. Kenneth help me I was so so happy with his politeness honestly and manner. I can say I am 68 years old and this is my first experience that I was so happy to spend my money

Best Home Depot in town

Was looking for Pointsettias. I noticed a bunch had mold on them - in the middle of the leaves, but an employee found a batch of fresh ones. They are really pretty and seem to be holding up well. Just make sure you get fresh ones.

I am very happy with my LG refrigerator, LG Stove and Dishwasher

Never get help even called by customer service desk. Always self is very disorganized and empty.

I bought some plants., Cushions lots of sheetrock. Wood items. All met my expectations

The Store Manager is extremely rude and has called customers names to there face and under her breathe. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else

Andy is a trun professional, courteous, pay attention to details, extremely knowledgeable about products, insurance, and accessories, etc. Andy made my purchasing experience a positive one. I came in looking for 4 specific patio furniture cushions. I had already gone to 2 other locations with no luck even though items were in stock in the system. I came to the Totowa location and I found one associate who told me that they would call an associate from the department to help me. After waiting another associate named Natasha checked the stock for me and actually found the ones I needed but they were up in the steel. She went and looked for a forklift driver and was able to get them for me. Natasha was amazing. Need more associates like her. THANK YOU SO MUCH NATASHA! Made my wife happy!!!

Ok, I'm always in home depot in this is the first time that I have staff of the store asking me if they can help me.

The check out was in disarray and could use some help.

Plenty of products and variety to choose from . Pricing could be better and more convenient cart accessories would be appreciated
