Tried to buy wooden fence panels, but they couldn’t sell me any because they were not accessible without a forklift operator, which they did not have.

The store was nice and clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly

Got in and out with wood screws for my fence gate without a wait.

I was able to get all the supplies I needed for my remodeling project and the customer service was great with the people I interacted with.

A lady named Nessa always greet me and ask me how was my day and is there anything that she can help me with. She was with another customer and she told me she would be with me in a moment I walked off looking at other stuff. She found me and asked me did I still need help? Such a nice lady

Always easy to shop very organized

Belinda in the self check out will try her best to get you in and out in 15 mins or less. She's a Gem and search for her if you need any assistance. She's a 20 out of 10 and we need more people like her helping out store like this so you're not searching and searching for things , to get you in and out for your needs!!!

I recently moved to the area and this Home Depot is now my "home" store. I've been very pleased with the service and selection each of the half dozen or so times I've had to make a trip over. The service has been great and store has been neat and tidy. Home Depot is my go to hardware store for my home projects and this store is a great example of why that won't change in the near future.

Celeste in The Colony store was very friendly and helpful. Made me feel so supported abd helped and the experience was like I was with a friend. She also did not flinch to volunteer when my contractor requested help to help him carry a big toilet up his truck. When there wasn't anyone else around to help. I thought that being a woman, she wouldn't have wanted to. But she took out her gloves right on the spot, and said, "I'll help!" I thought that was a great attitude. I have been coming into this store the past few weeks and have experiences with several associates at this store. They were all very helpful and I really appreciate it!

When I think of HomeDepot, I think of this one. They always have what I need in stock. The employees are helpful whenever I do need help. The store is usually clean for a home improvement store. I love to get my plants from here.

If you need help wth doors, windows and paint Jesse Forbes is the Millwork Specialist to go to. I had bad Customer Experience at another home depot store. However, Jesse is the exception. His is very professional and knowledge about the products. He is not forceful in trying to get the customer just to by a product for a sale. He wants to make sure the customer is satisfied and understands what they are getting. Also, he is very good with following up with the customer. He deserves a promotion.

The lady at the self checkout went through my cart five times and after thoroughly harassing me she continued to be a nuisance. I'm spending the company's money I'm not going to steal anything. It's not my money I'm spending. On top of that I'm going to the self checkout to get out of the store quicker. If I wanted to spend 30 minutes there with somebody I would have gone to the pro desk. Not only is it offensive acting like I'm stealing it's a waste of my time. She irritated me enough something did not get scanned and I had to take it back in. Luckily it's something I didn't absolutely need at the moment. I'll buy it somewhere else later and never go back to that store again. Since she signed in it put her name on the receipt I believe because normally self checkouts don't have a cashier name on them. Her name is Ruby and she should not be allowed to work in a customer service job she all but called me a thief. After wasting a significant amount of my time she wanted to double check the receipts on the way out. She threatened to call the manager when I wouldn't give them to her. This is literally the first bad review I've ever left. Luckily I was having a good day or I probably would have reacted a lot worse.

I was treated like a thief at the self-check out register. I purchased 6 totes, a couple pieces of pipe and 2 boxes of bolts. After I finished paying, Belinda (I think was her name) walked by my cart and directed her coworkers to go through all of my nested totes. Then she told them to make sure I had scanned the 2 boxes of bolts that were in my cart. Finally, she took my receipt and review it to ensure I had scanned and paid for everything. My business makes a lot of purchases at this store and I've never been treated so disrespectfully.

I purchased moving supplies and the people working there were very kind and helpful. The store is well organized and I’m excited to return!

Great friendly emplyees.

Customer service needs to improve a lot. Also store credit should be available right away if I'm buying same day right after I canceled a product ordered online that was not even ready to be picked up, and second if I'm ready to buy similar product just different color. Instead, I was told to wait 4 business days and pay another 600 dlls with different money for the color I chose instead. So frustrating. Waving and chasing employees if you need help is ridiculous.
