Jeff at the Tewksbury Home Depot was so helpful! He really went above and beyond. And he delivered service with a smile! I hope the bosses at Home Depot know his value!!

We are in the process of renovating our home. The Tewksbury Home Depot has been an enormous help to this mind boggling experience. We have been very impressed with the help we have received across multiple departments from flooring, to kitchen remodeling, to plumbing to electrical. We are very grateful for the assistance in choosing products and in designing products.

While my shop was not that large, I was helped by a CSR who was just doing her job downloading supplies, when she told me where to find a staple gun and which staples to purchase. I also witnessed a cashier who had to tell a customer his credit card did not work and to please use another one - the customer did not have another credit card and he had to walk out of the store, but the cashier did not embarrass the customer and spoke quietly to him, while there were others at the register waiting in line. Lastly, the cashier on the right side who assisted me, was very kind to take his time explaining about a gift card I had purchased and did two transactions instead of one so that I could send the receipt to the recipient of the gift card. These three events made my trip to Home Depot in Tewksbury unforgettable and wonderful!

Luz S assisted me with navigating through self checkout. Purchased a plant that was not in best of shape in hopes of helpingbto save it. Asked if store would consider giving me a discount given the plants condition. She immediately took anaddiotional $5 off the already discounted price. Original price was $19.95..sale price $14.95..after Luz S took one look at it... Sold for $9.95. Thank You Luz !

I always enjoy my trips to the Tewksbury Home Depot. The crew is always friendly there. The cashier in the lumber section is always friendly and cheerful. All the workers are always willing to assist with any question I may have.

paint department employee Irene was very rude disrespectful and impatient when asked any! questions about paint.

I went in and purchased over 25 blinds, and Paul from the flooring department was extremely helpful.

Every.Single. Time I go to home depot to buy supplies for a project, sales people treat me like I know NOTHING and they think they know more than I do about what I want to buy and how to use it. Please train you salespeople to show some respect.

Take your time to ask a rep for help. And be patient. You’ll be surprised at how much easier and faster to get in/out if you need assistance. Excellent service.

They do not honor military discount when presented with ID.

Jack showed us a few options for a fix we needed. He was patient and provided the same service to the next family and the guy before us. Cashier was great as well.

I went today to buy a couple things and I didn’t know anything about the Home Depot app and Tanya was really nice To help me download the app and get my perks so I was able to use them before they expired now that is great customer service and I appreciate that and I will come here again
