The following two at the cashier desk, BARBARA & RITA and SAM who took her time to walk us to the items we needed; were just the kindness, hard working, helpful, dedicated and customer centered personnel I have had the experience to meet in many, many years. When we walked into The Home Depot both RITA & BARBARA were together and at almost the exact same time, both looked our way and asked us if we needed the location of anything. We showed them what we needed and after some searching on the HD Phone, SAM was requested to help us. SAM took us to the exact correct spot. When we were ready to check out I have to say that BARBARA was so very kind and we thank her for the help I needed in finding my Phone Application with my military discount. I'm sure that people that grew up with phones that are computers have it easy, but I usually have to ask for help. These three were the Best-of-the-Best in absolutely every way in customer service and we both thank the Management for their selection and placement in their positions. If I had a business I was starting I would offer each of them a deal to manage it. I bought a weed eater that I only had for 2 weeks and it burned out! Obviously, a faulty item that was no one's fault. I dealt with Margie who made the return process so easy and delightful that I actually bought another one!

I had a realy helpfull experince when shoping for shower wall project. I would definitely recomend this branch of Home Depot to everyone.

Incompetent, rude, and disrespectful manager and front end cash register attendants

Our salesperson Rick was excellent. He was knowledgeable kind and patient. He made sure we we had all the parts we needed without the obnoxious hard cell.

She knocked it out of the park for me when I needed a full kitchen appliance install package. She is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Thank you Jadelyn!

Sam is a very professional, friendly and positive employee who helped me tremendously in the outdoor garden area of Home Depot. What amazed me is that I found out later Sam actually worked in Hardware, which was about 300 feet from the garden area. While most employees say Hi when they see a customer, most may not ask how they can help a customer if they are not working in that area. However, Sam actually asked how can I help you. I assumed she worked in the garden area which was wrong. In short, I was just amazed that an employee from a whole different area of the store, Hardware ( well over 200 feet away), wanted to assist me. I was impressed in the professionalism, knowledge and drive Sam had.

Thanks Sam for your excellent customer service when I needed help to find the pieces to put my motorcycle back together to temporarily be able to ride it home until the parts came in. My bike gear shift pedal fell off while I was riding and the store in the area did not have the pieces I needed so I needed to buy a nut and bolt until the pieces came in so I could get my bike home. Sam helped me find what I needed and put the piece back on my bike so I could get home until the parts came in. She even came outside and helped me assemble the pieces and let me borrow her tools. She was wonderful help. Tom also helped me the first time but I told him the wrong information and length of bolt so I ended up walking two miles but at least the bolt held the pedal on so I could ride the bike to the store to get the right pieces. Thank you Sam and Tom for your help to get me home safely so I didn’t have to pay to tow the bike home! These two both went above and beyond, especially Sam for helping me install the pedal on my bike.

The purchase of a utility trailer (8'X5") at Home Depot took numerous steps that caused delays, such as preparing the title and tuning some equipment and safety features. Through the process, various employees participated, and above all, the store supervisor, Dan, took full responsibility to ensuring everything was correct and complete. His great attitude and care trickled down to every employee I met. I commend Dan for superb leadership and outstanding customer service.

I purchased some lawn and garden supplies at the store at 16803 N Tatum on June 14. The associates were very helpful and friendly.

This Home Depot has amazing employees! My husband had a stroke a few months ago and home repairs are overwhelming to this silver-haired mama. I went into HD & asked a man if he knew where grip bar fasteners might be. He cheerfully led the way several aisles over to show me. Sometimes it is stressful to not even be sure what I need, let alone where it is in the huge store. Shout out to Jay for his kindness in lightening my load with his helpfulness.

Kitchen design had to be corrected, but the installation was done according to the original unworkable plan with the wrong footprint.Floor tiles are cracked in the kitchen and hallway due to delivery, my new range was damaged, a cabinet had to be ordered to accommodate a 15" hole left after it was determined that the original 26" cabinet ordered wouldn't fit. Three months after beginning this project, I'm still without countertops, a sink and running water in the kitchen.

Keoni who helped me find what I was looking for was not only friendly and efficient, he knew his tools and found me a great deal on an Ryobi Drill / Driver Starter Kit. Barbara at the checkout was also incredibly friendly. Best of all, you could tell these two enjoyed their jobs.

For many years I’ve been ignored by employees while searching for an item. On the last two visits the lack of customer service was blamed on the store being short on staff. I go back only because the location is convenient.

I went in to buy some new appliances have the best service from Marcia. I did notice that a gas dryer was ordered instead of electric. So I called and Peter canceled the order over the phone for me and said it might be easier for me to come in to repurchase the right dryer. I wasn’t able to go back in that night he had everything ready for me when I went back in. Then I had Jadelyn help me and she was a sweetheart. She needed someone to help her with a question and Caleb came to the rescue and what an amazing smart young man he is. Very nice helped people all along the way up to the registers with me. I told him he needs to be a store manager. He knew everything to answer for everything and extremely helpful guy! I appreciate all of your help!

I purchased a fixer upper and have spent many dollars at this store over the years. Everyone is always helpful and courtesy. 3 months ago it was a washer. Today a kitchen sink faucet.

Keone in Grills and Garden knows his stuff and takes care to walk you through the choices. He helps you buy what you need and no more. All the staff were the same in this store. I only wish they could staff our Florida stores

Assistanty Manager Nancy needs to learn Home Depots return policies. Tried to tell me that all I coulkd get was store credit.

Bob W was so helpful in assisting me with finding a solution to a project I was working on, and came up with the perfect idea using product that wasn't even in his department!!!

As a realtor I frequent Home Depot for lockboxes, keys, and other home products. I'm always satisfied with the products, employees who help me. Returns are easy. I feel safe and grateful for the convenience of the parking lot with ample spots and the cleanliness of this super store.
