Great employees very helpful and the girls are pretty

I came to this Home Depot 2 days ago and wanted to buy the last wooden mirror that was on display. The worker told me I could not. I had to come back to Home Depot today for a paint mix-up so I decided to ask the guy checking me out if I could buy a mirror on display- He walked all the way to the back of the store with me and scanned it and said yep- you sure can. He closed off the isle and had me stand far back and came around the corner on a little machine and got it for me. He carried it all the way back to the front and checked me out. Hands down The BEST Home Depot service I have experienced. His orange apron said Tacoby- I took a picture the 1st day to show my husband the mirror. I snapped a picture the 2nd day so I could show my husband I was coming home with the mirror. So the 1st picture is the guy who wouldn’t sell the mirror and the 2nd picture is the happy guy who sold me the mirror! Such an awesome difference a smile and friendly attitude can make a customer’s day and restore my faith in customer service!

This HD truly exemplifies CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is better than any other I have patronized. When I was searching on my phone for where to find rain gauges, one of your staff members at the Pro Desk asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for & he quickly gave me the specific shelf. The Garden Cashier Xavier wowed me when I forgot something and was heading back from the car, Xavier was collecting carts and asked "do I need any help?" He truly exemplified excellence! HD is the BEST!

I have came into this Home Depot several times over the past two months. Each time the employees have been helpful and friendly. This particular time Lori and Cheyenne went above and beyond to help me! Thank you all so much

Employee provided me feedback on the pros and cons of different manufactures for the product I was interested in purchasing without any pressure to for one way or another. Now I have not received or used the product so that is one me if I am not satisfied with my decision. Now here is some negative feedback. Yes I would recommend Home Depot for appliance purchases to my family or friends but not wiling to provide what I consider personal information which will be their number or email address that may or may not be sold to others for spam mail so am selecting the unfair response for Home Depot of No. Might want to consider why a Yes answer requires providing information that a user may or may not want to provide.

The staff members at this store are always so helpful and patient with shoppers.

I had a special order refrigerator to buy. From start to finish, my experience was great, and that’s why I shop at this Home Depot. Thanks to Shari, Rusty, Randy, Jacoby, and Blake for their excellent teamwork, and truly satisfying customer service experience!

Everyone at this store tries to help customers and they are very friendly. But their Hardware man, Greg, can reset a deadbolt to match your home key, double or single cylinder, in record time and his work is excellent!!! You can trust him!!

The store always has very helpful employees and the brand name tools that I use. It is my go to store.

I had to re download the app and the first cashier was cool when we were joking around with him. He put my order on hold so I could take the time to reload the app to get the military discount. Then Connie finished helping me at the self check out.

Sherry, the store manager have this entire order ready for us upon arrival. My wife was picking up this order after working a long day at the hospital. I phoned in the order and Sherry. The store manager made certain that everything was ready for my wife upon her arrival. My wife was only in the store Five minutes and then she was on her way, thanks to the exemplary customer service Demonstrated by Sherry The store manager at Southwest Tulsa. Home Depot.

Stacey who has been there for 24 1/2 yrs invited me to get a job there. So sweet and amazing. Dee as my cashier multiple times loves on everyone. She gets joy in helping!

The lady working the self checkout basically pushed me out of the way to force me to let her check me out at the self checkout! Won’t go back to this location again because of this situation. Self checkout is for me to not have interaction with people.

I had been shopping at several home improvement stores for a particular item, but hadn't found what I wanted. Home Depot had it! One of the employees went above and beyond, offering to order the item and getting a ladder to look at the back of the shelves to find it. All the employees were helpful and friendly.

We came in very close to closing to look at riding lawn mowers and came across a dented one. We spoke to Katie at the return desk who pointed us to Sherri, manager. Sherri offered us a competitive lowered price on the dented lawn mower. When we pulled out our Home Depot credit card to pay for our purchase Sherri took it upon herself to call card services and get the interest free promotion extended to 18 months. She got us free delivery to our home as well as a water heater we were going to order online. Sherri and Katie were extremely helpful and polite. We will choose this location over others in the area in the future.

Every time I have Mr Tom mix my paint he’s never communicative. I try to speak to him and he’s just short or doesn’t respond at all. No greeting or anything. Not good at all.

Last two times I’ve been in this store, I’ve needed assistance, and “Chris” helped me both times. He’s a nice man, knowledgeable and a valuable asset to the store - if not for him, I may not have found exactly what I needed.

I purchased an ac window unit from here. Called ahead and they had it ready on a cart and up front for me to purchase. They even loaded it for me!

I came in needing a compact laser level for putting up curtain rods. Mr. Tacoby and Mr. Shane instantly greeted me and Mr. Tacoby was quick to help.

I went to SW Tulsa Home Depot to buy a washer and dryer. Derek helped me narrow down which one to buy and helped set up home deliver and installation. It was a quick and smooth purchase. Thank you.

I've bought it all from AAA batteries to Zzz plants and a great selection to choose from. My go to store for all my house needs.

Each time we order something to be picked up we are greeted promptly and have the ordered item in just a few minutes. Everyone is very nice and doesn't keep us waiting. The isles in the store are nice and wide. Helps a lot as husband is in a walker.
