George (Hardware/Lumber Dept) was the associate who helped me cut some pretty crazy pieces for a china cabinet I'm refinishing. He was helpful, friendly, patient and made me laugh. Everyone at this store is a GEM and I actually enjoy going there. Thank you for all of your help!

Kim from plumbing was more than just helpful. He was eager to help us find everything on our list, expertly guiding us to the correct aisles.

WE ALWAYS SHOP AT THIS STORE NOT ONLY BECAUSE IT'S CONVENIENT BUT ALSO BECAUSE OF THE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF AND THEIR AVAILABILITY. WE ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE A QUESTION AND THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO HELP AND WHO IS ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Kim was amazing and I’m really looking forward to repairing the drywall the previous craftsman didn’t craft so well and having my wall airtight from the elements.

Yasmeen and Tanaja are exceptionally good at customer service. I love this store. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I never have to wait long for help or checkout.

All employees I came into contact with were very helpful & pleasant.

The woman at the register was very kind and engaging. She let me know about the big sale on the items I was getting were half off! She was funny and knew how to access my account without the card. She went the extra mile and did it with a smile. The regular store I frequent seems to be more robotic and doesn't really let you know they are thankful for your being a customer that day.

I needed a 4' x 8' piece of plywood cut and Tim, in the lumber department, did a great job.

I always find everything I need for projects in my home at Home Depot. Love this store, I can spend hours here.

I also receive exceptional service from Brandon in flooring. He is always friendly, helpful, eager to help no matter what. I went in there a few times to ask about Laminated flooring. He took the time to explain, and showed me the different types of flooring, and printed out the estimate including installation charges. I lost the estimate later, he went out of his way to print me a second copy. He always greets me at the store whenever I come in.

I came in for a tire plug kit, and was looking for info on motion lights for my patio. ALAN who works in the electrical department went above and beyond with his people skills and knowledge answering my questions

I do many DIY projects and I appreciate the variety of wood and sizes they carry. They can cut the wood for you as well. Thats great for me and my little car. My cashier Tanaja, was great!

I was pricing wood and supplies for a home project, didn't expect to get help due to previous visits from other stores, that you have to search for help, only to hear them call for an associate in the dept, and to wait another 12-20 min before someone show up, and dealing with someone who doesn't want to be there and it shows in their demeanor. This particular day, to my surprise, he Kim, asked if I needed help, I said yes, and thanked him for his assertiveness and assistance. He asked what I was looking for and went further than what I was expecting with measuring out the scope of my job, gave the best sq ft needed and I made my purchase. Mind it, I didn't go in to buy the supplies, but because of the help and assistance I received, I did. Says a lot!!! About the service I received!!
