I have got to say the store associate that helped me,wnet above and beyound the call of duty in helping find and purchase my purchase today. The associates name is "Dimitri" and I hope you hire more like this young man. Hey helped me find and then got a ladder and sorted out the poor quality lumber from the quality lumber. Then rang me up and sked if I needed help loading my purchase. Having been a Quality Control Inspector and Manager , I can see quality in products and people and in my assessment of his help ,I would rate him high on any quality standard in my book. Thank you Sir.

I looked everywhere for a pencil tile that I had purchased years back from another company. Thought I would find it, but could not until I went into HomeDepot and the service person found it and it was at a good price.

I really think this is one of the best locations in the area. Associates are always at the ready to help customers and seem to be happy to be of assistance. I like that I don't have to search too far for help, which happens at many other home improvement stores. I had Sharon cut some blinds to size for me and she was a delight to work with. I'm happy with the vast amount of products for sale, the well laid out store, the app that makes shopping in store easier, and the friendly customer service.

William at the return desk is awesome. Very helpful. Give that man a raise!

He got me exactly what I needed. And he signed me up for the rewards program that I wasn’t aware of. Then he showed me how to use it. And he even checked me out.

The associate Chelsea is the best among all of the associates in the store, even though they have great associates in this store but Chelsea is fantastic !

Home Depot of Northtown in Blaine has employees who care about their customers! If you are renovating or remodeling and need answers to your questions, they certainly have them! In addition they can connect their customers to local area contractors if you need qualified professionals.

This store always has what I need and the employees are very helpful.

After shopping around for appliances, I returned to this Home Depot location because the Appliance Specialist here was so impressive. She walked me through various options so that I could carefully make informed selections - and stock was available!

Both Beth and Steve helped me throughout the store to try to figure out my specific needs. It was wonderful. Their customer service was over the top.

Kaitlyn Peters in the flooring department went above and beyond on my decor needs. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She even assisted on getting me approved for the home depot credit, which I saved $100 off my purchase and got all the cellular shades ordered. for my wife's anniversary gift. Every time i go to the store i always find what i need with or without the help of a customer service representative, that being said cathy was quite helpful in getting me set up with a homedepot credit card as well as advising me on some questions i had about another future project.

I just purchased home improvement things and It was very easy.

George was a very good cashier and did his job nicely by helping me out and helping me find specific items that I needed around the store. Most definitely will come back!

I went in the garden center to buy a dog kennel that Jonah held for me and I left with not only that but beautiful fragrant Roses that I shopped around with c.s. assoc. We purchased 3 new appliances today after 3 years of searching - we'd been into home depots 6-8 times ready to buy, but never got the attention or service that made us comfortable enough to actually follow through. Until today when we met Di! She perfectly timed offering us help and leaving us be to talk and peruse. She had an answer for every one of our questions, and even when my questions seemed dumb to me, she never showed any judgment. She gave personal anecdotes to tell me what I should and shouldn't do if I buy a certain appliance, too - just extra info I wouldn't have even known to ask. We're somewhat young, so we've been treated like we're stupid or can't afford things before - it was so nice to be treated like any other person with Di. With her service plus the great prices, it would have been stupid to say no! And now we'll finally have fully updated appliances! :) thanks, Di!
