Wonderful place to shop great employees

I went to return an online item. There are 3 employees present 1 is on their phone, second is randomly doing something else, last one is ringing up a customer purchase. In line for 5 mins, no greeting. Item was 3 days passed the return date supposedly of 30days, it has always been 90-365 days return policy on the Home Depot credit card I asked when that had changed? She confirms with co worker that finally became available to chime in that’s it’s been always been 30 days Return was denied, only offered store credit Asked for online store credit, she stated she only had store credit available.

Very good selection of evaporative cooler pads and maintenance parts. Well-organized store. Excellent customer service from Laura, she is a gem! Curbside pickup is very convenient and quick, too.

Gosford is my favorite HD. The cleanliness of the store plus the consistently courteous customer service brings me back.

I had renovated our bathroom about a year ago & I found everything at Home Depot without any problems & so many choices. It took me awhile to decide but it was worth it!

My fence on both sides of the house blew down due to high winds. Fortunately I have left my impact drill @ a previous job over and hour& a half away. So I needed a quick and cost effective solution which a young gentleman helped me with. I’m glad I asked for help.

I believe that the shopping experience would be better if there weren’t people in the parking lot weren’t allowed to sell food out of the trunks of their cars etc. I’m from the Midwest so this is not common but seems to be in California.

I qualified for military discount but they could not give me one I tried to register online and get a refund but they wouldn't help me either

If you want your building materials, gather them yourself or be prepared to ruin your day waiting for the associates to fill your order in a very untimely manner.

When I remodel my rentals, I like to one stop shop and still get the best prices on items I buy. One stop shopping saves me a lot of time. Home Depot has everything I need at very good prices. In addition they have a variety of products in the same category. So if I want to spend more on a particular time (e.g., tub and shower hardware) Home Depot has brands available from affordable to high quality, so if I want to splurge a bit, the products are available,if not there is a selection to fit the pocketbook.

The store is the best and all the people are very helpful.

Im not into fixing stuff unless in a dire need and home depo staff are just awesome people in giving their insights!

The Home Depot is my go to for anything I need for the home or fix it job. Hands down the best customer service in town. Super friendly cashiers and on the floor store employees with plenty of products to choose form. The prices are comparable even a little less than other home do it yourself stores and there location is very convenient for me. So far I haven't left without what I needed.

Asking for an ID for a Corporate Card that has the name of the Founder of the Corporation on the card is going to be hard to produce if he is deceased. Employees harassed me for an ID i cant produce even though im an Authorized Signer on the Card. Took an hour of harassment by Home Depot to finally be able to make a purchase. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I enjoy this Home Depot best. I always feel safe in the parking lot no matter the time. The store is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check out is always quick when I go. I never have an issue finding parking up close to the store either. I am surprised that there is not more traffic at this location. Orders are easy to get as well when you order on line and come pick it up from the store. Many people do not realize that there are day to day products like cleaning supplies that are reasonable. I love those discount bays. I have found so many things that I need from those areas as well. I cannot leave without seeing the beautiful garden that is properly tended to at this location.

This is by far the best homedepot in Bakersfield. All staff so helpful and it’s a clean store.

An employee went out of the way to find the product I was looking for, came to the parking lot to catch me before I left and I was able to return into the store and get what I needed.

Hopefully, you will not have the misfortune of having Gena (or Jena) assist you, never a smile or a nice word. She really should be stocking or doing janitorial, definitely NOT in working with the public. I will be praying for her miserable attitude to be kind, understanding, and probably patient.
