I biught this about a month ago and I'am really satisfied

I received an email from Home Depot for a product that seems to be always out of stock. I went to the hardware department at store #3507 but couldn't find it when I looked. I spoke with an associate and explained I went to another store to purchase the item but it was not in stock. They were helpful and told me store #3507 showed 2 in their inventory. The associate couldn't find the item on the shelves and called another associate to help. I explained it could still be in the storeroom because she showed they had 2 in stock. Can you come back tomorrow or order the item online. No, I said. I've waited months for this Miter saw to be in stock and the email doesn't allow me to hold it or order it. They didn't want to help any further, which I consider just plain lazy! I went to the customer service desk at the front and told the associate what she could help me with, the 2 associates in hardware, and that I'd like to speak with a manager. I was introduced to Lori, an Operations Manager, and explained my issue to her. That's easy she said, I'll go to the back and get one. She did and gave me an extra 10% off for my troubles. She was professional, solved my issue, and provided me with great customer service! Unfortunately, the terrible and lazy employees did not make for a good shopping experience. I don't appreciate that poor service when I spend my money!

Awesome customer service

I received assistance from Mike the plumber on getting the necessary supplies and the process of using them to replace the washer in the spigot at home. He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He even was helpful to other customers as he helped me. Best customer service I've had in a long time!

I love seeing so many fellow females working at this location. I have always had positive experiences with the cashiers, with help in the aisles and with the cutting services. Lots of good deals, too. Clean ladies room, well-organized store.

Think twice before going to this store, Unless you don't mind being treated as if you're a thief.

If I go to this home depot, it is usually with my dad there are friendly employees it seems calm mostly, I like the home depot overall.

Staff like Paul and Kylie do great customer service to all customers. Paul answers ANY questions in the store and Kylie will do everything to research or ask her supervisor to attend to the needs of the customers. Staff like Tyrone and Cameron, considering that they are supervisors have poor customer service. Tyrone would just point the aisle at most while Cameron at Customer service do not know how to handle frustrated customers by just an outright response that "he will not continue the service if he or his staff will get disrespected".

Love when workers care about their customers

At the store I asked for 55 feet of wire, at the register I paid for 55 feet of wire. I got home I found out that Home depot gave me only 42.5 feet of wire but sale recipy shows I was charged for 55 feet of wire. this was The home depot's employee mistake and store manager refused to fix my request. -Hooo store policy- the home depot clients/customers just be carefull when buying stuff at this store because the (store policy) allows its employees to make mistakes and the customer will end up paying for it.... Geoff Van Osdel has help me the last 2 times I have went in. He was friendly, fast, efficient and informative. I walked in stressed out doing repairs to my home because something broke. He recognized me the second time. I am a single mom doing repairs myself. He walked me directly to what I needed explained what else I may need. I left the store and I was no longer stressed out and ready to tackle the repairs.

If it is assistance or satisfaction you're looking for at this store, DO NOT approach the store manager. "PETE". Instead, look to get assistance from their lower paid employees.
