Great place to shop, items galore, but there is need more sales representatives on the floor.

Hudson, the assistant store manager, caught a shoplifter red-handed with a cart full of expensive items. He handled himself with such professionalism while assisting other customers. It was very impressive to watch him address the situation and retrieve the stolen merchandise.

Easy to locate products and lots of inventory!

Paid for impact windows January, 2021. Installation in March. Today is December 18, 2021 and the installation is not complete. Still missing correct handles for the sliding door. City inspection is not done so strips of aluminum was still lying around. The caulking is coming off the front window. The screen was placed on the wrong side and I cant get any one to follow up with the contractor who don't respond to my calls. I know one thing for sure I don't want them back at my house. I need the windows taken out or a new set of installers who knows what they are doing.

Nena & Johnna provided me with excellent customer service. They were very professional and understanding regarding my needs. Helped me find a barbecue grill I wanted but was not able to find through the store. They took the time and effort to help me find it (as I needed it today for my birthday) & I will always be grateful for them.

Lesean was very patient! He stopped me to ask me how are you doing & was a prayer to my answer be Saud’s i needed help . I knew nothing about nails he took my nail was able to help me find the one i need.

Keep doing what you are doing. The store is clean stocked and helpful. I travel out of my way to buy at this location. The Nova dr and university ocation is terrible

I was trying to pay for an item that had no barcode and the cashier did not even try to look it up and told me to go back to aisle and look for the price after I waited in line. She had the worts attitude. The should be more selective in the hiring process.

I'm not a fussy shopper. I can wait my turn. I'm not in a rush etc...When I was about to simply ask what aisle an item was on, the home depot worker literally put up his palm to stop me, pointed forward, and kept walking. Another worker saw me struggling to get the item off the shelf and kept walking. This store has awful customer service.

I WAS LOOKING A CHRITSMAS DEER AND THE ASSOCIATE STEVEN FROM ( SUNRISE LOCATION ) WAS VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND PATIENT WITH ME.HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.HE DESERVES NOT 5 STARS MORE THAN 10.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AMAZING.

The staff is both friendly and professional. Everyone is always ready to help with a smile.

Found the ceiling fans I needed on a bargain for 3. Spent less than I would have at other stores.

Just started going to home depot more often because I have a new home. Staff is incredible and everything is neat. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Oakland Park and I-95 is the worst home depot in the Nation.

I was there looking for something and a staff came up to me and was so polite and helpful. She help me and I was pleased.

The young cashiers are rude and disrespectful and just need to be trained better, if u don't like your job then quit

I have started buying bulk items for our Plumbing store and We are receiving excellent pricing and service. Pro desk constantly strives to reduce cost and manage your order to completion.

The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I always leave the store feeling more confident as any questions I have are answered and well explained.

Employee help out wouldn't stop helping me look for the item I was looking for end up looking it up on her phone noticed that it wasn't on there so she helped by making me get something better for the item I was looking for she was very big help.

The young girls you have working in the self service cashiers area need to be replaced…

I went into home depot with my husband to purchase some products for one of our condos and was greeted by one of the employees who stayed with us until we completed our shopping to make sure we got the correct items we needed .

I have used Home Depot to redo my kitchen and was very happy with the workmanship and the speed which with they finished the job .
