How about a few human beings to check out purchases. Is that important not to employ people to add the profit?!

We came looking for some heavy duty shelves for our garage & Ron, who was working in flooring, came to show us where to look. He helped find a table-top cart because the box was huge & heavy. Then, he helped lift the 138 pound box onto the cart. What a nice guy! Give that man a raise! Also, we came back later the same day to return a lamp that was missing a piece. Tressa, in customer service, walked me back to the lamp section to see if she could find an extra piece for me. There were no extra lamps available, but we did find a solution that fixed the problem. She had such a great can-do attitude & sense of humor. Give her a raise, too! 😆

Relying only on self checkout is a horrible idea, lumber/screws and other items not clearly marked slows checkout to a crawl

We went shopping for all of our gardening needs. Found everything that we wanted.

He assisted me on 3/5/24 at 3pm with selecting ,buying and loading a Honda lawnmower in less than 15 minutes and could not have been more pleasant and professional.

I'm working on my cars. I'm happy to have found the tools I need. I bought another Ryobi +one tool and I'll be glad to get the same good use as I have previously.

They always have what I need and quality merchandise . Employees are friendly and helpful!

My husband and I visited the Summerville store to purchase cabinets. The cabinets we needed were on higher shelves. Bob came up to us and asked if we needed assistance. Bob worked with Jeff to block off the areas so he could safely get the cabinets down for us. Bob operated a mid-size lift to get the two smaller cabinets down for us. There was a larger cabinet we needed off of an even higher shelf and Bob said that he could not operate the machine needed. He secured the assistance of Tom to get the large cabinet down for us. Bob, Tom, and Jeff worked together to safely get the cabinet down. There were no shortcuts taken during the 15 minutes they spent getting the 3 cabinets down. I appreciate the safety measures that they took for themselves and all others around them. Fantastic team work and safety practices! Thank you!

The staff and shopping experience at Home Depot in Summerville SC is excellent!! I am totally redoing my kitchen an the staff answered all my questions and concerns. Hands down the best place for all your home project needs. I will add before and after pics when I'm done.

Selection, availability, customer service. They strive to be excellent in all 3.

We are currently in the middle of a Military PCS Move from 1 state to another while on vacation in a 3rd state. Trying to purchase appliances in 1 state while shipping to another state could have been a stressful process but Jeff made today’s process very easy. He was accommodating and kind throughout the process all while having to split the transaction between a gift card and a debit card. Could have very easily been annoyed but instead he was great!

I bought a washing machine. The delivery guys are so nice. Customer service is everything.

Help isn’t hard to find and perfectly cutting my plywood to size epic!!!

I have ordered several items online from this store to pick up and they always have everything ready when I come. I also enjoy shopping here because they usually have what I need 98% of the time. The employees are usually very professional, helpful and friendly. This is my go to home store. I recommend Home Depot without hesitation, for all your home needs.

The Bruce solid wood flooring we bought is beautiful. The sales representatives were wonderful to work with during the visit.

I have lived all over the USA and shopped at numerous Home Depots and spent thousands of dollars. The sales associates in Summerville, SC are the friendliest, most efficient, most helpful and knowledgeable sales people by far.

A new self checkout cashier was not sure how to proceed with a propane tank exchange and went to Lydia for help. Not moving from her leaning position, Lydia simply told the new cashier that it can only be exchanged if we purchased the tank from there. Since we were already in the store we went to a regular cashier and completed the purchase. When we approached Lydia she was rude and dismissive. No management anywhere to be found.

No checkout people. self-checkout doesn't cut it!!!

We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher at the Home Depot, in Summerville SC. The entire process from purchasing to installation, went very smoothly. The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely informative. We would definitely recommend the appliance department in this Home Depot.

Just had our new washer installed, it is great. Chef helped us pick out a washer and was very knowledgeable about all of the products offered

Bob, in kitchen countertops was very informative, customer friendly and attentive throughout our shopping experience. He gave us many options, discussed pros and cons and allowed us to make our own decision without interference.

Sent hubby to store. He came back & stated how pleased he was with his experience there today. He said the lines were getting long & a cashier came up to him & said she was opening her line. This truly made his day. He commented on how mannerable all the employees were.
