Cashier was unhappy I came to her and told me to the other side where other cashiers are. I hv so much back pain at the time. Helped me unwillingly and I told her she can help her customers above and beyond by helping me and to put a smile on her face. Instead she turned her back on me and speak to the other cashier. If you’re miserable helping people, then this is not the right job for you.

I thank JASON for being cheerful from heart and greeting customers. He is a great worker who gives every customer warm welcome

The Home Depot carpet brand Lifeproof is a very high-quality carpet and is backed by a 25-year warranty. This is proof that Home Depot stands by their product and believes in its longevity. The particular carpet I chose had a great density (Ex: A density of 3100 or higher is good, and this particular carpet had a density of 4100), which is a good indication of carpet quality and made of nylon which also has a long track record of being one of the most durable carpet materials used in the market.

I purchased a window to be installed and the salesperson was very attentive and knowledgeable. However, I had to wait 4 hours, not the 2 which was told to me. After working on my ONE window for 40 minutes the crew took a lunch break for almost an hour. They broke a piece of molding from the window, did NOT tell me (I actually heard the crack and saw the two pieces) and put it back with the caulking they use for the window. The workers were nice and the window is fine but telling a customer who asks if everything is fine and they say yes and don't even tell her about the broken molding is not ok at all. I will call the supervisor and tell him and I also hesitate to use Home Depot again for any projects.

Bought all my annual plants on sale this Sunday. Nice selection. They were out of mint so have to go back.

Second time I went there for a curbside pick up order and I had to go inside after waiting 20 min for someone to come out ! This happened the first time - so I decided to give it a second shot. And they FAILED ! The cashier didn’t even apologize after he knew I was there for CURBSIDE pick up. They are getting paid to not do what they are instructed to do in their job description I guess ? What a shame - the customer service desk is the reason why I’ll never shop at this store again!!

I showed receipt in my Pro X App for my return This man repeatedly saying he doesn’t take photo copy. I repeatedly told him it’s from my App. I simply turned off & turned on the App to show him. But he didn’t like it on his face. He didn’t say anything & scanned all return items. He dropped my receipt on the desk without saying anything. Very simply, did I do anything wrong? I go to Home Depot every day as a contractor. This is really a bad experience to me.
