It's Home Depot realistically you get what you get that's how it's become these days there was nobody really there to help and the cashier seem to be disconnected from any real social interaction the only issue I really had was I went to use the bathroom it's locked this particular Home Depot is in a bad area I understand but I would also understand that if the restroom is going to be locked it would at least be kept in the cleanly manner however not this time and I'm not surprised this Home Depot always seems to have this issue toilet paper stirred about the floor no soap on the sinks at least none of the toilets were full of crap this time there's that but then when I mentioned it to my cashier truong he was quick to make excuses how it was a busy day and maybe I should mention it to their janitorial I said maybe he should mention it to his manager seems to be a management issue either way here's some photos

When Faye was checking me out, she asked if I had a Pro Account. She told me of all the advantages and great things with having that kind of account. I was excited. She then signed me up for a Pro Account. Thank You Faye !

Returning at this store is so easy and fast and it’s all because of the associates! They always work as fast as they can to help out each and every customer!

I was in the paint dept, couldn’t find anyone. Went to my favorite cashier Faye. She was more than happy to page someone to the paint dept. showed her some color samples. I needed a second option. She always very helpful. Thank you Faye!

I called looking for a specific item and Trung was able to find a brand new in the box tool chest I was looking for. Maria at customer service was beyond helpful and so nice. They both went above and beyond!

Don’t come to this store if you want to pay for your merchandise quickly…and employees don’t care if unless youre a “pro” account

Everyone I shop at this Home Depot. I am very happy. It is well stocked and clean. Faye always greets me every time with her million dollar smile. She ask if I found everything I needed. She helps me check out. She always says nice things. She’s half the reason I shop here. Keep it up Faye!!

Cheyanne helped us get some carpet cut when another employee didn’t want to help. She even assisted in cutting it herself.

I called the manager Cheyenne to get support with a project. She was friendly, welcoming and resourceful. I called a few locations and I didn’t get the same treatment. I would highly recommend this location.

I was looking for some metal strapping tape. I had several people guide me to it. Very friendly and helpful. When I got to the checkout counter, Mary was incredibly upbeat and helpful and friendly. She liked to joke around and we had some quick laughs. A really successful visit overall.

So many great people at this store, Carla is my number one. She deals with all my constant needs with a smile. Lisa, Mary, Andrew, Christine, the guy in paint and so many more. I can’t say enough good things about the people I get to work with there. They make spending multiple tens of thousands of dollars remodeling my house a lot better! Thank you so much for putting up with my stress and constant needs!

Next time you're there check out their dead birds section. It's located in the garden area. No I'm not adding a photo. The netting is supposed to keep them out not lock them in. Please fix this and I'll change my rating.
