Bought two heavy tool chest and they did all the work to load them in my truck. What relief still had to unload but half the job easy!!! Too bad I could not get them to unload😀

It's only been installed for a little over a day, but so far, I LOVE IT!!! In spite of being a few cubic feet larger than the one it replaced, it fits perfectly in the same space, looks beautiful, works perfectly (so far) & unlike the one it replaced, it's super quiet. The only things I don't like about it are the same things I don't like about ALL current appliances, which is that there are TOO many plastic parts that look like they might break & it was too expensive. But, hello, it's 2022, it is what it is & I'm really HAPPY with this purchase!!!

We were in to buy paint and asked man at desk question and he was very unfriendly and felt like was bothering him. He did not listen to what we asked for when getting paint.

Megan at the service desk is always amazing at her job! I am a supervisor for a property management company and I always bring her random returns from all our leftovers that we don't use on jobs, she always does a great job and is one of the fastest employees there so it usually goes quick.

Great selection of lighting fixtures displayed beautifully.

My husband and I came in today and Olivia S checked us out. She not only checked us out quickly, but she was the sweetest/most friendly Home Depot employee I’ve ever met. Please give her a raise!

We found everything we needed for a bathroom renovation with the help of the employees at the St. Cloud location. Great help within each department and excellent help getting us signed up for the veterans discount.

I had some recent problems with two special ordered toilets that arrived broken and problem with a refund. Pam and Shawn went above and beyond to help me resolve these issues, they were kind, considerate and caring, expedited process, helped me problem solve and called me back when I called the store. They really made a difference for me and have wonderful customer service skills. They were both knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated all they did to help me.

Melissa and Jeffrey went above and beyond on customer service. They actually helped me in a way that did not make me feel stupid

I love being able to order online and picking up my order. It's always so nice being able to stop by and have my stuff at the counter waiting on an expedient checkout!!

I'm so glad that Brooke (in Kitchen remodel) approached me, and offered assistance...I'll be getting my cabinets and granite from Home Depot because of her help.

I was struggling to get my military discount because the phone number was wrong and the code was not coming through on my phone. She logged in to get my code and fix my issue.

The store looks painfully average, nothing exciting is going on, you know what would make it exciting? If there was pyrotechnics used in store to advertise the product that would make me want to buy them.

I work with Brian at Pro desk. He constantly sets up the material that I need for Me. He even make sure that we get it loaded. And I have to check out quite often. I have Kim at the register. She is always seem to know what she is doing and looks out for others and tries to help them out at all times.

Staff is intentional while assisting and personable throughout.

Very helpful and kind. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time from anywhere!.

Extremely helpful employees and very clean store.

I had another large item purchase at a competitor, and after paying for it and waiting for over 2 hours to have it loaded - it was not in stock. I was told that I would be called when it came in. Which I wasn't, and then no apologies for my inconvenience. Repeatedly I was told that I should have been checking on the item. :( I purchased a large item from The Home Depot, and I was kept informed about the item purchased. The delivery. I felt as if my time was important in regards to my item. :)

Needed help to figure out if I could place an order from a different location and have it delivered Melissa went above and beyond making this all happen very easily!!

I was in a hurry the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t get his name but he was in a electric wheelchair.

I went into Home Depot on a Monday and you could find workers whenever you needed to, and they were all pretty happy and all willing to help! I was very impressed!

Great Customer Service, Employees Greeted me throughout my shopping trip. I think everyone there deserves a raise!
