We were doing a home fence project and porch project repainting and re stain our fence we wanted to use power sprayer this time as hand painted took forever. We had no clue what paint sprayer could handle both pain and stain. The one we picked out was a little cheaper, but salesman showed us a better item with more power for what we would be using it for, was more expensive but as the salesman told us it worked great well worth spending a little more money, appreciate his knowledge and honesty

I love this store. It’s my new Home Depot since moving to the area with my dog in august. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their respect it areas. From day 1 they welcome my dog and I (see photo) with love and respect. I love this place.

We had the pleasure working with Brett Beaudoin (Flooring Specialist) at St. Charles location for our flooring project. He's been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout the LVP installation process. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for their fooring installation.

Home Depot is focused on customer service! When I went to the St Charles store, Robin offered to assist me locating and loading the soil and mulch I needed on a rolling cart. Robin asked Elliot to meet us at the cashier, so he could help me put my purchases in my car. The service provided by Robin, Elliot, and the cashier made for an excellent customer experience!

Bria in the Flooring Department performed great customer service for my husband and I. She took time to explain every detail when taking our order for flooring. Great service!

They post things on sale then double the price at the checkout. Then say it's cause the "SKU" number is different even though it's still the same product. Price check things before wasting 20 min at the checkout trying to figure out why 45 dollar lights are ringing up as 90

We did a complete remodel of our condo, and Home Depot not only had the products we wanted, but were also available to do installs when we needed them. It was a well orchestrated process.

Rob assisted me with multiple returns and was very patient and polite!!! He was amazing!

Horrible check out experience. I am so confused on why it even went the way that it did. I was just simply trying to checkout with my 2 items and Karra made it very apparent that I was a complete bother and she did NOT want to help me. Condescending tone, comments, eye rolls. It was literally just 2 items and I was trying to go about my day. I sure hope her day gets better...or that she has the day that she deserves.

Great place to shop for any home improvement need. The store is organized. Robin in the garden area helped us a lot. We really appreciated her help!

Love Home Depot. Especially the St. Charles location. Dawn the salesperson and other managers were more than professional and helpful. Dawn went out of her way to help me, and she actually did not even work in the appliance department.

I needed a specific item. I only found here. Felt welcomed by the staff.

Rhonda in flooring went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with our flooring project. The previous home owners left vinyl flooring pieces in the garage which became warped. Rhonda was able to identify the item just by looking at it but she confirmed by scanning with the home depot app and by verifying with a fellow employee in flooring. This was an amazing experience!

Salesman talked down to me like my opinion didn't matter.

I have bought the Milwaukee brand of tools and really enjoy them. Thanking Home Depot for caring them.
