I'm SO happy that I went to The Home Depot to get the products for my home project. I needed to stain my deck and fence since I didn't do it when it was installed. Lee from the Paint Department walked me through the process and recommended the materials needed. He kept me under budget and I'm very pleased on how the Tugboat stain looks on the deck and fence.

I can't say enough positive things about Home Depot. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Home Depot is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to others. My wife I had a very pleasant experience at Home Depot especially services provided by Tiffany and Nando. They were very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. Because of their services we will continue to visit the store.

I had locked my keys in my car and thought I had no hope, but a manager, Chelsea, went above and beyond with her service and helped me to unlock the car

So I told a employed worker if they have a bigger battery than 6Ah and he said yes. I want from 6Ah to 8.0 and it Used To Last from 35 min now it last me almost 1 hour

Kenneth really helped me tremendously. I visited the Tomball location twice for this same issue and they were of no help. However, Kenneth made sure that this time I was choosing the right item that I needed as this was my 3rd time making a return because I was not buying the correct lighting.

Purchase pickets for my home project and checked out at 11:54am. Had to wait until 12:38pm to get loaded because the managers on duty that day 02/18/2024 was really delayed in getting up to front to open up big bay door for the employees to load me. I gave 5 stars for the employees. But for the managers on duty that day. I give them 0 stars.

I was able to find someone to help me locate and retrieve a tool and battery in the storage cage quickly. When there was a problem with a promotion Aniya, Debbie and Salem worked together to get it resolved. Great customer service!

This store has a broken entrance for the past several weeks which should be a clue not to enter. Products are not shelved neatly and the inventory listed on the app does not match what is in store. When you ask an employee about future availability, they shrug. There is no real customer service being provided other than the folks handling returns and credit apps. They no longer provide a military discount on appliances and also wouldn't apply a gift card (same as cash?!?!?!??!) against the purchase. Really disappointing experience compared to how Home Depot employees used to conduct themselves with pride and were knowledgeable. We had to hunt someone down to help us buy a washer. Very disappointing.

On October 18th, my property was in need of some special items including lumber. I had only been in the lumber department for less than 10 minutes before a young man (Melvin P.) clocked in to start his shift and IMMEDIATELY assisted me with choosing the best type of lumber needed to accomplish my goal. My thing is I need the price tag to be in right spot and help when I need it . The store had labels and prices were correct and the worker was really helpful . The prices on their plants is good to . Definitely recommend coming here . It was clean and the Halloween decorations were super cool 😎.

The associates at the Spring Cypress store are awesome. You walk in and you are greeted in different areas in the store. They are usually busy, but they take the time to help get you oriented. Big 👍.
