Probably one of the cleanest stores I’ve seen & I love seeing everyone work together even when under pressure it’s awesome. Everyone makes it an enjoyable experience.

This store has always been one of the best Home Depot’s to shop at. Well organized, well stocked, and staff are helpful and friendly, but not pushy or bothersome. Fortunate that this one is closest to my house. There are three others in my area, but they seem to be not as enjoyable to shop at for me. They are not bad, but #4747 at Spanaway will be my go-to for me.

Went to get a tool and battery. Battery said in stock but the employee helping couldn't find it. We waited and looked for about 30 minutes. Adam B. asked what we were looking for and he was able to call a supervisor and locate the Battery within minutes! Great customer service and a positive happy attitude from Mr. Adam!

I recently purchased a miter saw online, it was delivered for free and I am very pleased with it, it is a corded Robi.Today I purchased a new refrigerator and the sales clerk Jackie was very pleasant and helpful. The customer service people have always been friendly as well. I love this store

I needed a specific product. I checked the website before driving to the store. After hunting down a floor associate, and harassing the the overly busy paint person. I was informed "oh someone forgot to zero out that sku. We have been out for weeks, Sorry about that." I will give kudos to the folks who helped me.

The employs there remembered me, greeted me when I walked into the store and provided excellent customer service. The Home Depo employ's are all professional (especially those who work at the pro desk).

If you need a 4x8 panel cut to size then find Paul. very helpful guy

I bought a hand held planer a year ago , used it twice and it quit working .they exchanged it no problem

Come here on a daily basis for business projects, each member and the manager has a Lotta knowledge from this location, guided me step-by-step what to do and was patient with me throughout the process still come everyday you have to spend money to make money

This Home Depot’s employees are very friendly and patient. My husband and I went in to buy some stuff that we needed and forgot our wallets they held on to our stuff while we went for cash when we come back everything was there, we went to pay and our card wouldn’t go thru that cashier did everything she could and help us resolve the problems and never did she seem annoyed or anything we couldn’t solve the problem but we got a discount so our cash would cover the whole bill (only needed $10 from our card) that you so much

A lot of my work recently has been in the Spanaway area, and having this Home Depot close by has been helpful.

FROM ENTRY TO EXIT. THIS STORE GOT IT GOING ON. TOOL RENTAL IS SUPERB, THE RENTAL TRUCKS AND VANS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND NO PROBLEMS.

They nailed it between the Tough Shed breath and the Home Depot employees we were able to get the shed purchased

HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A PRODUCT YOU SELL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED RETURNING THE ITEMS WAS HOWEVER VERY PLEASANT. DANA AND AUSTIN WORKED HARD TO MAKE SURE I HAD WHAT I WANTED/NEEDED. THEY MADE IT EASY.

An employee in the outdoor shade department gave excellent customer service by helping beyond what I expected.

Keep all mowers under cover or inside especially the zero turn style very expensive I did not want to purchase one that's sat in the weather and some were broke or missing parts

Great HD Store! They actually have people that know what they're doing. Good stock, ample inventory & people who know how to find it. If they'd rehire a few more LIVE cashiers (as opposed to self checkout), they'd have the perfect Home Depot store.

I had a York heat pump and air handler installed. I was heating with wood for over 25 years the guys at World Class Services a Home Depot contractor installed in 1 day . Wow what a difference it made steady heat all the time and I don't have to stoke up the wood stove twice a day now.

Had an abundance of left over flooring boxes to return. Dana was fast and friendly. He made the process very easy and smooth. Followed up with asking me about my project and if there was anything else I need while I was there.

Went to purchase some Milwaukee tools over the weekend. I noticed HD/Milwaukee had a promo “Buy more, save more”, but somehow the system didn’t apply the savings during checkout. I returned to store #4747 the next day to inquire about if my purchase the previous day qualified for the promo. I was assisted by two AWESOME HD associates, Brian & Beth, who went above and beyond to rectify the issue and also had me in and out within 30 minutes with a NEW TOOL! Much appreciated! Thank You!

I usually have a list of what I want. I can ask any employee what aisle I will find item. Saves me time that I'd be wandering around. As an elderly woman with bad knees this means a lot. Seems an employee is close by and I don't have to spend time looking for someone. Employees always have a smile.
