Ordered a refrigerator/freezer today. Went directly to kitchen appliance area and was greeted by a friendly salesman who helped in my decision. The lady who handled all the necessary computer info was great. I'll update my review after the item has been delivered.

HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION, DIRTY STORE & VERY RUDE & UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ON THEIR PHONE OR TALKING TO EACH OTHER WHILE IGNORING OR MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT. (THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES). ONLY OPTION IN THE AREA, SO THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I GO, BUT NOW WILLING TO GO FURTHER FOR BETTER SERVICE.

I HAVE PRO ACCOUNT AND I SPENT THOUSAND DOLLARS AND IAM VERY HAPPY FOR PRICING MATCH AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I bought a small tree today at Southtown HD and had the most pleasant experience with a very helpful salesperson, Maureen, and she really knows her store!

My partner and I went to go buy a Christmas tree this morning, and only realized once we got to the checkout that we had left our wallets at home and only had Apple Pay. When we found out that this Home Depot did not accept Apple Pay, we were getting ready to leave when Mona, one of the employees, PAID FOR OUR TREE! we insisted we pay her back via Venmo, but she wouldn’t let us and simply wished us a “merry Christmas” we were blown away by her generosity and kindness. It meant the world to us. Best Home Depot in stl.

Had to make a large, complicated return, and Taylor and the crew made the job easy and efficient. Proud of our local City folks (my friend from the county was along for the ride, and was a naysayer from the the start. So he got to see some SOUTH SIDE work!) Thanks for the hard work, intelligence, grace under pressure and lovely customer service. We appreciated it. No, I do not own stock, have any friends there, nor was I paid to say any of the above, you cynics, you! :-)

What a mess. A pig pen is cleaner than this store. I suggest any other choice over this store.

The short lady with glasses working Sunday evenings in lawn and garden is horrible. She will get you so angry you will almost blast off like a rocket

by using app at/before every visit allows me to find exact isle location. I will also know availability of item so I go to correct store for my supplies. especially now with Covid epidemic and employment difficulties.
