I had a cart full of returns with various purchase dates multiple receipts and several cards. Sandra was so very patient throughout the whole process!

My purchase was enclosed within a very dirty box. The previous week it was the only box on the garden department shelf- if that indicates how long it had been outside getting dirty. Very understandable. What was shocking yet APPRECIATED WAS the cashier wiped the box down so that I wouldn’t get dirty nor drag the dirt into my truck and house.

I needed fertilizer for my lawn and an employee walked me to the section where the lawn ferilizer is kept and explained the verious products to me. He was quite helpful.

We have an old system and stuff fails. I needed a sprinkler head to replace one that was split right down the side and wasn't sure of the type, spray nozzle or adjustment. I took in the old head &asked for help. The sprinkler expert came over immediately showed me the correct sprinkler head, set it for a 180 pattern, explained how to adjust the throw, put back a nozzle I'd picked up but didn't need and picked up an adapter (which I needed) for the head. He explained it as he went. I came home, installed the adapter & head, tested it and it was perfect. WOW!!

Very impressed how good the store has been looking these last couple of months. Fully stock, shelves, and great personnel!

We came to buy toilets, it’s hard to find good help today but the salesperson did a great job, I forgot her name but the ID# is NXVLX1S, she was new but Lisa Meyer really helped her out with the computer transaction and was patient and friendly. We are highly satisfied with our Kohler Cimarron toilet, quick, efficient and tidy installation. Perfect from start to finish. Thanks

It isn’t easy selecting new roller shades! She really knows her stuff! She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She is sweet, friendly and most importantly, patient! Give her a raise!

The cashier Tamara was very welcoming and respectful. She didn’t hesitate to get me checked out correctly and fast. She walked up and helped another cashier that had a line. She carried her name as a head cashier perfectly!

I visited the site as I usually do to collect job materials and I left with a good attitude and vibe for the day because the cashier Alicia was super friendly, helpful, and smiling and you can't help but leave smiling as well.. thanks Alicia!!

After 15 years a remote control "clicker" broke down and I had no idea if I could replace it. It was easy to find at Home Depot, and it was very reasonably priced.

We have never been impressed with service at the Southlake store, but we approached a fine gentleman Jason and his apron said he was a manager. Let me tell you, he had this huge smile on his face and gave us the best customer service we have had at any retail company in a long time! As we were shopping we noticed he had the same smile talking to other customers and co workers. We never leave reviews but to get this type of customer service is unheard of now a days! We look forward asking for him with our next visit!

The managers, Amanda and Kim, listened and addressed my issues promptly and took care of me. I can’t say the same for the Flower Mound location. When i asked to speak to the manager there, she never came. Im glad I called SLK for assistance.

Gabby and the manager Kim at the pro desk are horrible in customer service. They will walk out after they can’t give you a good reason about price match. Always conflicting in their response and plain simple rude. Told me to use self check out without asking why I was at the desk. I told her I was sent by the self checkout agents. Plain and simple disregard of customers. This is the new Home Depot it has never been that bad.

Employees are Always very helpful and friendly.

I now know I was looking for hose coupler. I was sent to aisle 29. Julian found a photo of it on his app & sent me to aisle 55. 1/2 way there Kim, a front-end manager, asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I told her no. She let me tell her half of what I was trying to describe and told me I would have to go with her outside to Garden Nursery. I kept trying to tell her I wanted to connect a washing machine hose with a garden sprayer gun. She was becoming more and more agitated but still not listening to me. She took me to #18 & showed me garden sprayer guns. With a dramatic flourish she told me I would be able to find what I needed here. When I told her I do not need a garden sprayer gun she got angry and told me that that is what I had asked for. I made the statement that she was not listening to me. I was speaking English. Let the main drama event begin! She made faces, she stamped her feet, huffed, puffed, twirled her body, & tried to tell me that she heard exactly what I said. I asked her if I could get some more help somewhere else. She went to another employee stamping all the way and spun her back to me while complaining in huge stage Whispers. & again at paint dept. & again on front line. DRENCHED in the most nauseating cologne, she hovered to prevent me complaining. What a child!

I appreciate that Home Depot offers a military discount and have made an even easier way to use it with a QR code in the Home Depot app.

I purchased a new refrigerator and the staff provided excellent service and took the time to help us decide on our purchase.

Lisa Hayes in the Appliance Dept is the most polite and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in a "Big Box" Store.

Kurt and Carolyn in outdoor lawn and garden were very helpful and friendly. I needed several trash bins and Kurt took me to what I needed. He showed me some that were on clearance so I ended up buying twice as many as I had intended. He took them to the register and from there Carolyn checked me out quickly and made sure there was a young man to load them in my vehicle. I sure hope I can deal with these two next time I visit the Southlake Home Depot!

The parking lot had a smashed dead rat and cigarettes everywhere. Shopping cart wheels need help. Someone tried to steal $500 in Milwaukee products. Restrooms are cleaned once or twice a week. More snacks are available now. Everyone is trying hard, but these negatives take away from so many positives.

Consistently treated respectfully and help is always offered.

I go into a lot of Home Depot‘s, my company purchases through them nearly exclusively. And I just had the best experience at this Home Depot I think I’ve ever had. If you shop here ask for Pam Waco or Preston. I guarantee you will be pleased!

This store is great for customer service. Home Depot (as with any large box home improvement store) has a customer service challenge in the fact that they can’t have employees everywhere. You are left searching for help. This location seemed to have plenty of staff and everyone encountered was knowledgeable. The customer service was great as I had a challenging return/exchange situation. They got me sorted out and everything ended up great! 10/10 recommend!

Because so many of your items are Chinese, you have lost product volume or you have empty spaces where product was. Product options are very limited. I will go somewhere else to buy American if I can find it.
