I'm very Happy, every time in home depot

Glad that I have this store near my space. Close to I-93. In some days, I've stopped by 2 times in a day. Employees are also generally nice.

I shop here several times a week. I know a lot of the employees by name and I know the store well. Rarely do I need help but when i do someone always helps or get me someone from the department. It's the closest Home Depot to me and easy to get in and out of. They always seem to have everything I need in stock and if they do not they do a quick search and point me to a store that does

Always come to this Home Depot due to the almost always fully stocked items, helpful employees and personable cashiers. The cashier Lisa in particular always makes my life so easy and I leave with a smile on my face! Can’t recommend her hard work enough

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They were made sure I had a good experience, and I appreciate that.

We went through the Home Depot's installation and services department to replace our heating and water system. The company that provided the service was Climate Zone. Unfortunately, what was initially promised was never provided. We have emailed and called the company several times to come back and finish the job however have had no response since paying fully for the installation. We will be now be pursuing this through a lawyer to get this resolved.

An associate named Buster took the time to learn about the problem I was trying to solve, and then helped me buy all the pieces needed for my plumbing project. He was patient and through. I would have bought the wrong parts without him.

This Home Depot always delivers on being very helpful on what you might need help with

I went to grab ice melt and get ready for winter and was met with help when I couldn't find it and a gentleman who helped me load it into my car. So pleased with everything here this evening.

I couldn’t find what I needed. Then all of a sudden, Jenna showed up out of the blue and helped me find what I needed. Then she lifted the heavy item onto the cart, and then assisted the cashier find the SKU for the price. She was kind, pleasant, and respectful. We need more people like Jenna!

I bought a handful of items for a project and had to return a couple things - $13 worth of return. Home Depot has a unique requirement of scanning your government issued ID in order to make a return. Will a picture of your ID work - no. Even for just a couple dollars? No. Not that big a deal - just strange and annoying - as if I need HD to have my government issued ID information in their database... If you're unfortunate enough to get a store credit on a gift card, which would be no issue anywhere, be prepared to again present your government issued ID when you try to redeem it. And be careful if you're with your spouse or family member when getting the store credit - only that person is allowed to redeem the gift card. No exceptions. I was accused of stealing the gift card I tried to present at checkout because the first name on the gift card was my wife. Same last name. Same address. Service team didn't sympathize with the corporate rule and instead treated me like I was potentially a thief. Did I mention the store credit was only $13?

Absolutely appalled. Front end, customer service worker named RACHEL was the worst employee I have ever dealt with. Not only did she give attitude like never before seen, she looked at me and my family with disgust! The best thing the store could do would be to fire her. Absolutely horrible. Won’t be back.

My cashier was friendly, understood my question and helped quickly

Every question was answered without hesitation, and I needed a lot of help. Thanks to the Home Depot stuff. I got my job done.

Everything was great at the Somerville store. Shelves were stacked and employees in every department I visited were helpful and knowledgeable

After I spend hours trying to sort through all the option online, I went to the Somerville store for help. The Flooring Specialist, Jared Cosby, was incredibly helpful in simplifying the process and helping me narrow down the options to what I really needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I’ve been coming to this location for 10+ years and every employee I’ve encountered was polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

There are many products that are out of stock. There are units in the system, but when we go to the store to pick them up, they are not there. The inventory should be better

Tired of shopping in crowded stores and traffic

Somerville store is awesome. Associates are great most of the time not hard to find someone to help you. Management is right on top of issues in trying to get them resolved fast and make positive everyone has great experience. Upswing a wheelchair sucks but when you have a store that is always willing to help a person with disabilities is huge as some times being in a wheelchair at other local depots I can rent to get totally ignored. Over all love the store, can’t beat location, plenty parking, selection is huge, associates are always seen not hiding and proactive. Only complaint is trying to find lumber karts is sometime absolutely impossible it seems.

Cashier helped me with tough questions , that nobody else on the phone with other company’s could answer for me

I expend probably over 20 thousand dollars at your store buy different things for my house I call home Depot the magic orange box
