As a store manager for a local major automotive parts retailer, I understand the importance of extremely good customer service. I strive for that in my store and I see that they do as well at the Home Depot here in Snellville, especially Michelle in the garden department I would be lucky to have employees like this and Home Depot is fortunate to have the two people that helped me today in the garden department. A+ customer service.

I went to the Home Depot closest to my house to order materials for a project. My contractor had gotten the quote for the materials form another location and sent a picture with the list of materials and quote number to my phone. I thought i could go to my store and have them pull up the list by the quote number. I was on a strict time restriction and needed to set up the delivery asap. Rena asked if she could assist and i explained my dilemma. Rena tried to pull up the quote using the number from the phone but because it was not done at her store, she could not pull it up. She stayed past the end of her shift to key the entire list in by hand. Rena set up my delivery and my project will remain on schedule because of her hard work and dedication to providing the best customer experience possible.

I bought a vacuum and it was assembled on the spot. now that's customer service.

Today I visited this store for several items, and I had some questions about a home project that I was working on. I was quickly approached by a store employee with an offer to help me find what I wanted. Not only did this employee find the items I needed, he gave me some useful advice about my home project. I found him to be extremely friendly and more than willing to help.

I'm in Home Depot at least once a week. It's my favorite store because I just LOVE tools and gadgets!

Some Great People, Jamie, Jenn, Jennifer, Russell, Rich, Joseph, Hanan, Angela, Bobby, Phil, Claire and others I forgot to mention!!! But They have to KEEP The Good People, not fire them !!!!!!

the store was well stocked and we were able to find the item we were searching for. Unfortunately we did not purchased our second item based on the price increased. As seniors on a budget, we opted to not purchase.

Some employees are nice but some just have the worst demeanor and I hate walking in to face them

Every time I come into this Home Depot in Snellville, I'm greeted with smiles, professionalism, and knowledgeable customer service. I visited twice for projects involving paint, and Jenn G was very helpful in getting me the correct paint, not once but TWICE. Another team member I would like to praise is Shellie; she was so willing to help me find the wood in the department and got it cut with patience and kindness. Last but not least every time I go to check out I’m blessed with the laughs from Kavita and Joy this is why find myself at Home Depot a lot, and this is my favorite location because of staff members like them. Thank you all at the Snellville location.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for WITH THE HELP OF ONE OF THE STORE MANAGERS - JAKE. My wife and I are small stockholders. I am now retired but had my own business. IT IS EXTREMELY USEFUL - BOTH TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TO HOME DEPOT - to have your store managers out on the floor occasionally interacting with real customers and not always stuck in some office feeding data to HQ. Please keep this up. It makes a difference.

Sales Manager Jamie provided adequate, prompt service with a smile. After answering questions that I had, he walked over to the garden area to provide assistance with finding the items that I needed.

I visited this store yesterday to purchase a Milwaukee pack out set with a gift card I received from my job for Christmas. I had trouble finding one of the three items that came with the set and I asked the nearest employee for assistance. Although he wasn't informed enough he took me to another employee who he thought could be of better assistance to me and boy was he right! Lol Not only did he find the missing piece for me but he explained to me how to lock/unlock the stackable toolboxes when I needed to. When I got ready to checkout my gift card was not working for some reason at the register. The cashier (Tammie) was so patient and helpful and after a few minutes she figured out the problem and I was able to pay for my items. I don't frequent this Snellville location and idk if it's because Christmas is in a few days or what but the customer service at this location is beyond great! 👍🏾👍🏾

I walked into the store was immediately greeted, found the products that I need because the store was clean and the manager and cashier were very upfront and helpful with my transaction and purchase experience

Appliance department at this location offers lots to choose from, plus the sales associates there are very knowledgeable.

I have been shopping at the Snellville location for about 10 years now. Every visit and every purchase has been awesome. I love Milwaukee products and this store has a good secure system to locate what I need and get me out the door and satisfied efficiently and in a non hurried friendly manner. This last trip I snagged a great deal on a brushless M18 angle grinder and an m12 air compressor. Shanny, Carolyn, and the young black man manager whose name escapes me but he’s always there it seems, they are the best.

Despite my 1.5 hour wait on some mislaveled house drawings, Carolyn in the flooring dept. Was super personable and helped the time pass by. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

Bought a few items from different departments after returning an incorrect purchase. I was assisted by 3 different people with caring, helpful and kindness in their attitude. I will definitely be back because of their great assistance. Bought Thermacell, dewalt blower, bolts and a trowel.

Went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The employee named: Jenn was very helpful, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what all was needed with each appliance, and warranties to. Great customer service. Please tell her thank you for all her help.

It's not a good week unless I visit Home Depot. The lowest pricing on everything home and garden. Employees are nice no matter how much work they have to do, which makes shopping fun and easy!

Today we had 2 amazing employees - Allean (appliances) and Abigail (Pro desk) - answer so many questions, help us to understand some details about our accounts, and help us to purchase what we needed, even though it wasn't in the store. We really appreciated their eagerness to help, their patience with us, their friendly professional service. We hope we see them again the next time we visit Home Depot!
