Clean helpful staff alway helpful

Recently purchased this floor at Slidell store. Good quality and easy to install. Makes room appear larger than is, very light and airy. Will go with any color combination, beige, browns, grays, creams, blues, taupe and rust. Paired with paint color Light Pewter (BM)

The African American woman at the pro desk has to be the worst employee I have ever dealt with. In addition, this Home Depot has to have the worst customer service and cleanness out of all Home Depot.

I love this store because of the friendly atmosphere plus they always have items available the shelves are never empty they stay stocked and clean.. but yo all Home Depot locations and corporate please fix online ordering with the Home Depot credit card especially in the pro area many times I have to call the online or go into the store to place a order . I should be able to use my Home Depot credit card or store card online

The store clean and seem to be well stocked. All of the employees that I had an opportunity to encounter were friendly and helpful

Normally when using my HD credit card at a store when I don't have the physical card with me it's not a problem. A trained cashier knows how to process this transaction. But not Cheryl. After telling me to enter my telephone number into the keypad (which I'd never been asked to do before) she proceeded to tell me my account had been suspended and I had to call the 800 #. Now there I am standing at checkout with 2 baskets of items calling the 800# only to be told that my account is fine and there must an error in the store. I notify Cheryl how to properly process my transaction which she has no clue how to do. By this time the line behind me is growing longer and she's there doing everything but the right thing to enter the correct information. I ask for a manager who she refuses to call. Then she asks the other cashier what to do because "she can't think straight". After the other cashier took over her register and had to rescan both our baskets of merchandise because Cheryl basically quit and walked off abandoning her post I was told I couldn't use my promotional coupon for 10% off when using my HD card because Cheryl had previously scanned it the first time she screwed up the transaction. This is by far the worst experience I've had at any home depot. Not only did my family and I had to wait and be inconvenienced by Cheryl's ineptitude the other customers in line behind us were also inconvenienced and amazed at Cheryl's lack of understanding, accountability and overall callousness.

I go to this Home Depot because I'm not a handyman and these employees can find what you need by explaining what you are trying to do. I give them all a thank you for the help they provide.

During my visit to Home Depot's electrical section, I was impressed by the organized layout, making product finding easy. The staff, especially in their knowledge and helpfulness, provided invaluable advice, enhancing my shopping experience. What truly set this visit apart was the checkout process, thanks to Taylor's exceptional service and friendliness. Her attention to detail and customer care surpassed my experiences at other home improvement stores, making Home Depot my top choice.

I had the best experience at the Home Depot in the floor and department in Slidell Louisiana and I live in Chalmette but I would go to Slidell every time if I needed something huge like replacing all the flooring in my house

When you need to transport material and it needs to be secured they do a horrible job at prepping the material for transport. I had to pull over on the interstate because my load was secured with one wrap of blue painters tape. I argued with the cashier telling her it was not gonna work but she would not listen and sent us on our way with the load failing halfway to the site.

I had a few items ordered that had to be reordered due to damage in transit. Belinda & Tremelle at pick up center were very nice, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Cudo’s to them for their generosity and help.

WE CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE ON THE FRIENDLIER SERVICE FROM ALL THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE NORTHSHORE STORES

I bought an artificial Christmas Tree and Denise in Customer Service answered some questions I had then checked me out - saving me a trip to the other side of the store to the registers. In addition, since I parked by the entrance, she told me I could exit through those doors. Also, she offered to call for help to load the box into my car, but I declined. Great experience - they had what I needed at great prices and helped in every way!

Steve is so helpful and knowledgeable. He loves to help and just makes your day better

Nona T. Is the great cashier even though she recognize my face and I didn’t have my card still verified my ID after I put in my Social Security number. She made me feel comfortable shopping here.

I am guilty of always making sure I pick up my pallets of concrete when Steve is working! He is knowledgeable and safely makes sure we are on our way!

The employee, Dana, was extremely helpful. She was an able to retrieve two items from separate aisles from the top shelf, twice. She should be praised!

I have now had the pleasure of working with four amazing individuals at this store . Nae, Pineal, Roby, and Joey. All four have exuded enthusiasm and impeccable customer service . I highly recommend this Home Depot location .

Look out for the store manager who is extremely rude and does not try to help the customers, he immediately starts to insult you.

I was just returning a key that I had made the day before that did not work. They could not fix it because neither one of the key machines were working. I was told to just get a refund. Then I waited in line for over half an hour to spend one minute getting my refund.

I love the size of this location and the variety of items available. I also like that this location is open later than the other store that in this area. I truly appreciate that there hasn't been many things I haven't been able to find when I've really needed them.

Everytime I purchase pallets of concrete through my Pro Account, Steve at the Pro Desk makes sure to have our stuff loaded quickly and safely! We appreciate that Steve cares about our time.
