I bought lots of flowers. Boston ferns for half the price of other stores.!

I have never had a problem finding someone to help me when I have a question, and the product selection is as good as you can find elsewhere. We have purchased everything from beds, to water heaters, to hand tools and have never been disappointed.

Had a terrible contractor and ended up having to return lots of items without a receipt but with the help of your employee going way above and beyond it was easy!

Damian went above and beyond our expectations with his extensive knowledge and fun interaction while designing and purchasing our Tuff Shed

The store is very clean and well organized. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

We visited Home Depot looking for a home security system and Scott was very knowledgeable and helped us right away. We will continue to shop here as the staff is very friendly and know their products. Love shopping here!!

PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL

Walt Brown in the appliance section is wonderful at his job! He's so nice, funny, and good at finding exactly what we need for our home! He helped us about a year ago find the washer and dryer that we wanted, and just yesterday helped us get the stove and dishwasher we needed! He's been really helpful and friendly anytime we've needed to get stuff going in our house, and we'll continue going to this store specifically because of his customer service. Thank you Walt!

Every trip I make to the store is easy. the staff always greets me and helps me to get in and out as smoothly and quickly as possible.

We went to the Sioux City Home Depot on August 31 2023. Found the store well organized and well stocked. The store was clean and very pleasant to shop in. We easily found everything we needed. We will be back!

The manager here runs a tight ship. Everything is always as it should be, the customer service has always been wonderful. I am also always asked throughout my shopping experience if I need help with anything. They also have plenty of items in stock and in the correct place and the restrooms have always been clean for me.

We have been in Sioux City 8 years, living and running our business. This store have great people that make you feel like family and perfectly understand your needs, to help you the extra mile. Excellent team headed by Jon, such Ron, Johnny, Chuck (who past away) and many others well trained to help you all way possible.

One of the best experiences I have had at any other Home Depot. John was super helpful and even gave me tips on hoe to complete my project.

I have shot many Home Depot throughout the United States. I have found very many competent associates and very many incompetent associates. At this H John rome Depot I found an associate who was incredible. His name was John He worked at the pro desk when I had a problem I went and spoke with him first he asked me a number of questions and then he offered a solution to my problem. Then he came out from behind the desk took me to where I could find something looked at it evaluated it and told me he also had a better alternative So he took me to another location outside the store. There he showed me some products and why he recommended those over the other products He explained the viability of using each of them. This personality was incredible He was there to help me He went out of his way coming out from behind the counter where he could have been helping other people to help me solve my problem. I would return to this store simply because of this employee. But the store was very clean well maintained it was very well stocked and had the employees. But this employee was exceptional He would definitely allow me to return to Home Depot simply because I know if I had a problem he would explain to me the possible answers or if he didn't know them he would find them out and direct me in the right way or advise me against making some decisions I think he was very knowledgeable. It appears his background may have even been as a millwright. If all employees of Home Depot were like this employee They would have no competitors because everyone was shop at Home Depot.

I am a regular shopper and find the store neat and clean (except for the bird droppings in the patio area. I have patio pavers I purchased several years ago and they are still stained. I have only good things to say about the employees.
