I called to get 15 gallons of Behr Dynasty exterior paint. I called Silverdale as Gig Harbor did not stock it. Gig Harbor is 15 minutes away from my house. Silverdale is 30 minutes. The guy in the paint department tells me that they have it in stock, so I drove the extra distance to get it. When I get there, he doesn’t have it in stock. I had to purchase the Margee exterior paint which I could have purchased at Gig harbor. Too make thing worse I find out this morning that only 2 of the 3 five-gallon paint cans were shaken up. Now I have to take the one five gallon buck of paint to back to get it mixed.

Entered store looking for a specific product, I asked employee Jeff in Hardware and was directed right to the exact replacement part. Awesome guy, friendly & very helpful. Great asset to H.D. Also Jeanne at checkout was great too.

Bought an LG Washtower from Silverdale Home Depot and Angel and Melissa did an amazing job taking care of the order and offering me to apply for another Home Depot credit so I get 24 months free financing! And we’re very knowledgeable about the product!!!fast and efficient!!!

This is my go to store from now on. They have employees that actually care about making sure that their customers are taken care of. The store had plenty of what I needed as far as material and I was able to get the job done at a decent price.

I made an online purchase and had to have help getting my payment to go through due to issues with my bank, it was a lengthy process and the service rep Melissa had a great attitude and was very patient and positive, she made a lengthy issue an enjoyable process! The other store employees were very helpful wherever i went in the store and went out of there way to make sure my needs were met.

Keith was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question we had. We didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to sell us the most expensive washer on the floor. I felt like he was taking care of us like he would a friend or family member! We went three places, but came back to Home Depot because of Keith!!! I sure hope that Home Depot appreciates that they have a solid employee working for them...and they treat him well. Thanks Keith! It was a pleasure doing business with you Sir!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable

Awful experience Becky the Manger on duty was very rude and unprofessional she yelled at us when asking about a particular tree she refused to help us which resulted in a 3 and a half hour drive to go to a different location to get the help we needed this was my first time in home depot and I will not be returning

Keith was very helpful and explained everything so well that we asked about in our buying of all new appliances.

Melissa at the Customer service counter is a true pro. She's fast, efficient, and friendly. You won't be waiting around like normal wondering "When is this gonna be over?! I just want to get on with my day." Instead, you'll be amazed at how fast you are back on your way and received a refund/in-store credit for your return. Melissa made my last visit to the store a great one!

Richard directed me to my items, made suggestions and got me out all while having pleasant chit chat (it was halloween).

Great sales on mums and lavender! Richard in the Garden Center was extremely helpful ensuring correct discounts and even getting us an extra cart when we ran out of room!

I went into Home Depot to purchase a replacement stove for a rental property. There are very few models that will accomodate Propane, and they need to be converted from Nat Gas, to LP via a kit. The stove in stock (Whirlpool 30" Model WFG320M0MS) was the one that the sales person advised I get, but told me in the store that I would have buy the LP conversion kit elsewhere, since Home Depot doesn't sell it. I paid for the stove and delivery and went home and called Whirlpool to order the kit, but it was on backorder for 2 months. I called Home Depot (3 hours after ordering the stove) and cancelled the order. It is now 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund.

My husband and I were in need to replace all the appliances in our kitchen. We met Mr. Keith Markovich (our saleperson) who listened to our problems and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He guided us through the whole purchasing process, from explaining specific features of each appliances between different brands, to informing us about current sales. We appreciated it very much. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs to replace all the kitchen appliances, like we did.

Just had the best customer service experience from Melissa at the Silverdale store.

I’m always impressed with the helpful staff and their positive attitudes. Whenever you look lost or confused in what you need for home improvements, you’ll always be acknowledged with a staff member asking if you need assistance. I’ve been at this location many times for home improvement projects and love the staff.

Great plant selection, good choices in most commonly needed home items

Most everyone is very helpful and when i was doing a home project a Gentleman knew exactly what i needed and what tools for the job ;-)

Found what i was looking for

The Silverdale Home Depot has always been our go to for home improvements. The staff has been friendly and helpful in giving directions and aiding in finding the right product.

Angel, in the Doors Dept, was super knowledgeable and helped us stay within our budget. She gave us options that we didn't even know existed, thanks to special orders.

I needed plumbing hardware solution for faucet leaks. Silverdale employee “Pat “ was very helpful and patient with me to guide me through what I needed and how my issue can be fixed. Another customer walked up and joined in on educating me on my issue too. Both were very helpful. I left feeling confident and more importantly a feeling of there are good people out there who still care.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish more of them are on duty.

Don't get me wrong, I love this store and I love 99% of the employees at this store. They are helpful, kind, and friendly, but the one employee that I continually interact with in the self checkout line has put a sour taste in my mouth for an otherwise lovely store. I use the self checkout intentionally so that I can bag my items in the order that I want, so that I can avoid unecassary interaction with strangers(especially avoid them touching my items before they enter my vehicle/home) and I can avoid damage to my items because since I'm paying I take care in handling them. This particular employee has now on 2 occasions shoved me aside despite my saying I don't need or want help checking my items. And scanned my items one by one. He takes no care in bagging my items last time he put heavier items on top of dryer vent which led to it being crushed by the weight. He couldn't hear the beep of the scanner for one item and ended up scanning it 6 times before I pointed out that it was going through. He also pushed for me to enter my phone number for my military discount which i have had trouble getting to register to my account (i previously had an employee try to help me get it connected and it still doesnt work), when i told him my number doesnt work he made me enter it anyway, i then pulled out my phone to scan the QR code on my home depot app and he tried to stop me and handed me a pamphlet on the military discount and pressured me sign up for it while he watched. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. If he wants to have hands on and be interactive with customers he should be at a normal checkout line and not the self checkout where people go so that they don't have to have those interactions if they don't want. Other than this one employee I love this store, they are great on prices, the employees are 99% friendly, and they usually have anything I need available in store.

Went to home Depot to purchase a new dishwasher. Keith was very knowledgeable and help me make an informed decision. I really appreciate it how patient he was answering all my questions.
