Rita, a cashier in the garden center, thought I called her stupid, but I didn’t, she just “felt” I did because I questioned her when she said she literally couldn’t ring up a single piece of conduit. Immediately, she then put my things back in my cart and told me to go find another cashier. When I told her no, and to continue ringing me up, she proceeded to throw my merchandise after she scanned it. I told her to stop throwing my things. When asked to get a manager she refused. After 5 or 6 times asking for a manager, because she was literally throwing with anger my merchandise, she called a manager and the first thing out of her mouth was, “This customer called me stupid.” Straight up lie. I could upload the video of her doing this if you’d like but it does have her face in it. I spoke to Frank, a manager, and relayed this story. Guess what, they actually can ring up a single piece of conduit. Go figure. She also over scanned me, probably to make me pay more.

We really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. The employees are wonderful and always helpful. Dave in Cabinets, Tiffany in flooring and Sherri at checkout all go above and beyond.

I have been looking for a specific solid surface, it needed to be smooth and a 2'x4' size. I found a a porcelain tile in Sierra vista Home Depot. Stefanie help me get the right piece.

David Stark was most helpful in guiding me on my kitchen upgrade. I learned a lot about the products and he was very patient as I had not done this type if renovation before.

Got a new hot water heater and was referred to Delta to do the work. First they promised to be there same day between 4 and 6. I called at 4 and told they were coming the next day between 11 and 1. They actied surprised that I was never notified, despite 4 different employees promised they'd be there the same day. Next day I tried to reach customer service and was just shuffled around from individual to individual with no one able or willing to help. Very poor performance. Will recommend to all I know to avoid Delta from now on. Their employee that did the installation was great, but their customer service was non existent.

To wrong advice to missed delivery dates to waiting for 6 weeks for credits on returned merchandise I would advise using local for your building needs and advise.

Everyone was great and King was incredibly helpful in getting and loading our new mower!

I wish I remembered her last name but she is great. Best customer service ever. I couldn't believe she stopped, did NOT ask if she could help. She simply said, let me give you a hand with that. She put her cloves on and helped load a 4x8 3/4" width sheet of plywood on to the cart. I was so glad I didnt have to do it.

Purchased a new BEMIS Elongated toilet seat. Shortly after I entered the isle where toilet seat selections where I was approached by a sales specialist, Tobi. He asked what I was looking for. Good toilet seat. Checking their store stock & gooling reviews I left with a good quality product, price & most of all good customer service making the selection for what I wanted. Great shopping experience right down to the sales cashier Sherri Bone.
