I went in to make a big purchase. Gordon set me up on a Pro account and took the time to go through my entire purchase to make sure I had what I needed at the best price possible. I was a little intimidated going in, but he made sure I felt valued and got what I needed.

If you order online with curbside pick up, you will have to go in to the customer service desk and wait in line to get your order. If you call the store, you will wait on hold forever. So what's the point?

I came in today to find items for our 5th wheel. We had a little hiccup and I needed to find a flat metal piece to help repair a strut mount. Clord went out of his way to be helpful! He walked me to pick up everything I needed:)

I came to the store after having been at a different store where I did not find what I was looking for. I entered the store with directly to the department with materials that I needed and promptly found exactly what I was looking for. The check out was quick and easy, The clerk was polite and professional,in the assistance provided with loading the materials into my truck was greatly appreciated.

I had new windows installed by Home Depot this week. The installers were very professional and fast. When they were done, they had removed all the trash. During construction they took precautions not to create any dust in the house. The house is a lot cooler now, the windows look great and are easy to operate.

Need more employees on high customer times.

I was shopping for an 8 foot insulated Acadia door the door guy not only found the door I need it but save me $1100 in the process couldn’t be more happy and the door is wonderful the ShowLow Home Depot is the place to shop

We had an issue with a lawnmower that would not work, and returned it three days past the 30 days. My husband is a truck driver, and we were unable to return it before the 30 days had passed. Isaac Cook, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us get our refund. The other employees in the store offered me water, and offered to unload the lawnmower. This store is great! A good manager makes it that way.

The employee's and management at the Show Low Home Depot is amazing.

I was able to buy additional flooring to complete a project from 4 years ago. Flooring department worker LUPE knows her products and customer needs very well. She can multi-task well. Front End Cazhier LELANI explained about product locations and HOME DEPOT Services like credit cards, installation, and product delivery ... even though she's a cashier. This store has friendly capable workers. THANK YOU.

The store was very busy and every employee took the time to greet me and offer help. I find this amazing because the store was crazy busy. Moreover, despite a few snarky customers the employees maintained a happy, helpful composure.

This is the second time I’ve made a major purchase requiring delivery. Poor service both time. Nobody showed up as scheduled despite a 14 hour delivery window. No email or call or text. I wasted an entire day waiting.

We recently had a house built - my contractor used Home Depot for 90% of it....We were worried but so pleased with the outcome and quality. Highly recommend the Show Low Home Depot store - trustworthy and good to work with. They make it right - feels so good.

Thanjs to Danny in the lumber department. He helped load and cut 4 sheets of heavy mdf plywood. Saved me a Back ache and several hours of ripping myself.

The manager Isaac and Debbie and Danny R and Tony have great customer service they are very helpful. Doing a remodel is not easy However they make it much easier.

In my 83 years I have shopped at many home improvement stores, and the Show Low Home Depot comes in as #1. I wandered the aisles and was approached by several employees asking if I needed help finding anything.

Home Depot is always better stocked and better prices and better products than other stores.

Had the pleasure of going to Home Depot the other day and everyone was so helpful it was a very enjoyable experience. Look for Dan (Danny boy in plumbing) if you need help. He was terrific
