I wanted parts for the John Deere tractor that would make it easier to change the fuel filter. This store had everything to make a fuel line extension easy. Dave in Plumbing was very knowledgeable about where to find the parts and how to use them.

the staff at Home Depot is always helpful and friendly

First up is Bob. Bob signed me up for the pro Xtra program. Very friendly and helpful. Then there are Finn and Dave. These two were great at getting my product and loading it into my vehicle. Very friendly and took care.

I absolutely love this West Seneca Home Depot Store. For all the many years I've have been going there they have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed an outdoor fan and some light fixtures. I went back to electric and was greeted by an employee from the department (Jim) who offered assistance with my purchases. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with ease. The store is clean, orderly and has adequate help which is great to see. I’ve been in all of the Home Depot’s. This is the best one!!!

Went to get some common (1/4-20 x 1" hex bolts) - out of stock! Couldn't get any help to cut carpet. They had half the number of storage containers than lids - and the ones they DID have did NOT fit well at all.

Refused to acknowledge the price match policy clearly published on the home depot site. After trying to talk to them twice, she scoffed at me like I was annoying her and refused to help. Finally had to get a manager involved who got the price match finished and me out the door. I purchased 2 items and it took almost an hour and leaving the store twice to get it.

Be sure to brush up on which other retailers are considered “competitors “ of Home Depot if your going to want them to price match an item. The stipulations online seem pretty straight forward- but- the manager can decide to not price match on a case by case basis (confirmed by Home Depot) Found an appliance from another local retailer for $200+ cheaper but the manager couldnt approve the price match because this other retailer is “not a competitor to Home Depot.” Its just disappointing to see them find loop holes in their policy when you actually find a way better deal. Honestly- a lot of the reasoning why he didnt want to/couldnt price match it just didnt really add up. Trying to understand the rhyme/reasoning around it- and which places they can price match and which they cant- i apologized and explained i just want to understand and am confused- and he responded “well you shouldnt be.” Sometimes it takes a little bit of understanding for someone who doesnt work for Home Depot to fully understand the policy- there was no need to be condescending really. Just wanted to make others aware- even if you check with the store ahead of time about a price match- i wouldnt trust it until your finished cashing out is all. We were told a few days before by another employee that as long as the other retailer is not a third party seller- Home Depot will price match it! The other employees that helped us the couple times we were in before purchasing, and then while purchasing our item were very helpful and friendly however.

I would like to inform you about your sale’s employees. Mr. Peter and Mr. Joe did an outstanding performance for my Father-in-law who is a veteran and myself of 25 years. Thank God for them.

Because of the exemplary assistance I received from Karianne, who answered all of my questions, was extremely knowledgeable, & offered options I had not considered. In addition, she was professional & courteous, and her personable demeanor made my visit to the store a pleasurable experience.

Came and got a propane tank, called ahead and it took no time at all to grab it and get home to start cooking for the family. I've been going there my whole life and they have exactly what I need and more when I get there everytime.

Return desk is a joke. They rush to get you denied then shove that receipt in your face and go. All with attitude and rudeness. I am driving further just not to come here

We are much closer to the Hamburg store, but perfer to drive a bit farther to go to the West Seneca store. We just seem to find it easier to shop there

It's been my experience and years that I've been going to the West Seneca home Depot that is the quickest store as far as getting what you need getting cashed out

I never use the self checkout because the cashiers are so kind and very friendly.

The store always has what I need and has great options. The customer service is great everyone has always went out of there way to help and are always very polite
