I went looking for a gas grill at the Seminole Home Depot. Associate Eric approached me and offered to help with any questions I had. Eric was very friendly and informative. Eric offered to load my asembled grill in my friend’s SUV. That night, I went to use the grill. The electric ignighter wouldn’t work. The next day, I went back to the custer service/ returns area and was greeted by Sara. I explained to Sara my grill issue and showed her photos. I explained to her that I had no way to bring in the grill without borrowing my friend’s SUV. Sara called for and intriduced me to the Manager, Troy, who was very attenative to my issue and helped me resove the problem without returning the grill. The grill’s ignighter now works great. Thank you to the Seminole store crew for turning a disappointing purchase into a great one! I love my new Weber grill!!

Made an easy and quick return. Also had a slightly complicated gift card issue that was resolved beautifully by Sara in customer service. Thank you!

The employees at this store are really nice and helpful. Mike and Alton in the garden center helped loaded 12 large 3 cu. ft. bags of peat moss loaded onto a hand truck. Marisol and Mary were the cashiers who cheerfully chatted with me and thank me for the purchase. Ethan helped me with 12 large 3 cu. ft. bags of peat moss loaded into my car. All this between 6:40AM-7:18AM. Such a wonderful and cheerful crew. Thank you for making my shopping experience great!

Maryceli dealt with my returns with a bright and engaged personality ( I had lots of receipts to scan ) and her positive, upbeat demeanor was nice to see in the present climate of 'blah'. Gets my vote!

I had to ask for help from 3 different employees, in 3 different departments, and they were all extremely helpful.

Whatever I bought at this store I always was satisfied.

Contractor has cancelled 3 times. Also if u are wanting for example a plumbing job, the contractor they send out is a flooring company, unbelievable!

Herb Craine helped me buy a stove and dishwasher for my new property. He was completely familiar with the stove that I wanted and assured me he could get it in the color I wanted. I had been told that would be difficult by another retailer. He suggested the same brand to assure good color match for the dishwasher. He explained the benefit of the extended warranty especially in FL where there are often power surges. He was clear, helpful, answered all my questions and made good suggestions. I was thoroughly impressed.

Derek K in appliances is the most knowledgeable and helpful employee I have ever dealt with at Home Depot.

Found the caulk I needed

I bought a Ryobi reciprocating saw and a Ryobi jigsaw today. The floor manager for the registers, Kerry came over and told me I was eligible for TWO DOUBLE battery packs with charging station, a $200 value for free. WOW! Had she not been there and saw me with the two Ryobi products, I would never had known. Kerry has made me a loyal Home Depot buyer now.

Oh it’s nice being around like-minded individuals so I appreciate it. Keep up the hard work everything always looks good.

I bought this Bosch 100 Dishwasher on 4/21/23 and installed on 4/27. Herb Craine was awesome and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond dishwasher was installed without a hitch and is extremely quiet.
