    I went there yesterday to get supplies.for a shelf I was building it cost me 155 dollars to build a little bitty shelf. The only shelf kits they had were for wire shelves or tool shelves so I had no choice but buy the parts. Even then I had to settle on what i got because there was only 3 different types of wood in that section to choose from 2 types of runners and only one size of the brackets fit the boards they had to choose from. Yeah I'll still go for tools I may need but from now on when it comes to plumbing or building materials I'm going to go elsewhere.

      Be sure to check your Home Depot Receipt for Overcharging on listed and advertised sale items
      Two times this year I was overcharged for a sale item that wanted updated in their computers. No wonder Home Depot profit is so good! I paid the full price having to return to the store to get credit for the product.

        Black Friday Ad Not Honored
        Your black Friday ad clearly states "6.5 Poinsettia with Decorative Container" , "3 FOR $12.00", " Nov 25th Dec 1st 2021" and " In the event of disagreement between the flyer and this popup the flyer shall take precedence.". I paid $7.98, where the cashier said the sale was over. I don't accept it was over based on the language of the ad. This should have been $8.00 for the two. I did have a third one, but it still showed $7.98 for each.

              Great service
              Cody at the Sequin Home Depot provided awesome service. He carried several bulky items that would not fit in my basket all the way to check out. He also had to get the key to help me buy a pole saw and provide expert advice about the operation and value of the item. He went the extra mile to look up the item on the manufacturer’s website to ensure I didn’t need to purchase oil. He was so helpful and I really appreciate his kindness and assistance!!!!

                  Amazing Customer Service at the pick up desk
                  The ladies at the Pick up and customer service desk were a big help and were able to check and see if my order was ready and also helped me to exchange the parts that were ordered by mistake. i would like to thank ( Christina and Tricia for the amazing Customer Service.

                    Terrible customer service
                    I bought a lawn mower brand new and it was missing bolts I took it back wasted 2.5 hours of my time spent even more money in fuel and was treated like a criminal once I left that’s how they treat “high valued customers” will not go back ever

                      Problems need addressing
                      Wheels on carts are falling apart. Some days I can't find a cart. Items need to be stocked instead of sitting on carts in the aisles, getting in customers way. Need to find a way to make it easier to find help instead of walking all over the store and then being told I'm busy, especially since they are locking items behind cages. I'll go somewhere else or order online from a different source instead of wasting time trying to find someone to unlock a cage. People are really stealing string trimmers and chain saws?????

                        Ruben in lumber was very helpful. I needed plywood cut and he was more than happy to assist with excellent customer service. I have had other lumber associates who have been very lazy and not want to help in the past, however Ruben has always been helpful and hardworking when I've seen him while I'm shopping.

                          SUPER HELPFUL STAFF!
                          We were trying to complete a home project, and Dave from Electrical was incredibly helpful and friendly! We were looking for two specific parts and Dave found them for us. He was friendly and took time to help us understand how the project should work. We also thanked him for his military service. Good job Home Depot! Hire more employees like Dave!

                              Do better Home Depot!
                              The store is always understaffed, start staffing enough during the day and evening hours too! Home Depot had more than enough money to do so. Some of the products or overpriced and don’t meet quality control. Cashiers are not friendly, they just work there and do their job. I miss the hotdog stand that use to be in front. Bring it back please. And I miss the adult DIY classes y’all use to have bring those back too!

                                          I was at the Seguin area and ask a the friendly attendant to tell me where in your town was a Home Depot to shop and get a few things that I needed to get, I found it and got the items to buy was very happy about it

                                            My shopping experience started off awful. I asked for help from one of the floor employees, he didn’t want to help and made it known. He tried to convince me that maybe the store was sold out of the item I was looking for instead of helping me. Finally he says it’s not his department try the paint section. Once I arrived at the paint section I met an employee named Ash. She greeted me with a smile and was more than happy to assist me. We found the item I was searching for. This store has a valuable team member and others can learn better customer service from her. I will definitely visit this store again because of Ash Johnson. Hopefully, she will be there on my next visit!

                                                OPEN YOUR AISLE SPACE
                                                Open up your aisle space. There’s too much misc crap to move carts down the aisle efficiently. One thing that would set your store apart from the rest is when a customer shows their military bar code that usually denotes that they’re a disabled veteran of some form or another. How amazing would it be if when an employee scans that code they immediately ask the customer if they need help loading their heavy items in their vehicles. 9/10 veterans suffer from back issues. Just suggesting an idea.

                                                            Today an emploee helped me get my car key open and replaced the battery. He found the right battery and installed it for me. I was so happy! This same employee has helped me before with an AC filter and may have saved me from ruining my ac by installing the wrong type of filter. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The world and businesses need more like him. Refreshing. My whole experience today was refreshing. Another employee greeted me, and she made sure to get me the help I needed. She was very professional. Thank you!
