My husband and I were needing 9 cabinets for our new home. We found everything in stock and online at this location. We get to the aisle and there was pallet truck with cabinets blocking the cabinets we needed. My husband asked the man working there to assist us and he moved it without any issues. When we couldn’t find some of the cabinets we asked for his help and he became irritated. He said great the ones you want are up on the high shelf I’ll have to use the pallet truck to get them. Then when he started to try and get them down we were told an hour wait. After some more snarky comments and sighing he said a 2hr wait. We walked around a bit and he said it would just be better if you just came back tomorrow and did this on an online order. Mind you we live over an hour away.

If you need a patient, understanding person to assist you go to Madison she was awesome and assisted with a matte gold faucet. She helped me placed an order online then realized it would not come in on time for my project. She checked other stores and it was not available she offered suggestions and it all worked out was able to take one home at that visit. Thank you Madison !!!!!

Employees are kind of courteous I will definitely be returning they made my shopping experience very pleasant and didn't make me feel like I was wasting my time

Customer engagement at this store is horrible. It may be symptomatic of the area because Fair Ave and SW Military Dr are equally bad. At this store while looking for help one tall cowboy hat wearing associate said he'd be right back & then vanished, another with a biblical name like Isiah or Josiah wagged a finger at me as he walked by talking on the phone not stopping and one associate walked out the back so fast with a long blonde haired woman I didn't get a chance to ask for help.

I was in Home Depot for less than five minutes. Yeah

Bryan in this department is NOT a customer oriented employee. Very condescending and unfriendly. I drove 40 miles to this location to be made to feel as if I was irritating him when was there to rent an expensive aerial lift. All he wanted to do was act like a supervisor and gossip about other employees.

I've been out sick and when I got to checkout Erika and tino both asked where I've been . They noticed I have not been in in a while. With as many people that go in their I felt appreciated

I was loading plywood and the cashier in charge oh the self checkout ran to help which is what I’m talking about on help loading. Great service

Of all the Home Depots I’ve been at, this one typically has the items in stock. They keep the store fully stocked minimizing project delays or wait times.

The whole store have a great customer service and great selection. My only concern is about Garden Deparment, in the middle of this blister temperature the trees do not have been water for at least one week poor trees were dying and instead clearance it if nobody can take care of them, they have it regular price what it is very pricey for a dying tree or dying plant Garden Department need Help

I used to work at this particular store back in 2016. And the operating procedures back then were completely different to what I'm seeing the way it is now. One there was no greeter at the front door. Two what used to be the service desk while I was working on when I was working there at Home Depot as a service desk associate, have been removed and now has more than five or six registers which nobody was there at the time, and the phone was constantly ringing. Three when I was at the Garden area looking for assistance there was nobody to be had other than the stalkers. The only thing that made the trip worthwhile is that I ran across some people that are still working at that store, when I was there. And it was great to see them. Other than that the store needs a lot of work. Didn't see no security didn't see nobody policing up the the shopping carts from the parking lot at all

We came to this Home Depot looking for parts for a home repair and had absolutely no clue how to find what we needed until a very personable and friendly gentleman named Joe came along and asked if we needed help. He helped us find everything we needed very easily. Thanks Joe!!!

Every time I visit Home Depot’s plant section they have the best plants and veggie plants

Diego in the wood department was very well-mannered and attentive. Joseph and Ana over in customer service were another set of individuals that were very helpful, friendly, and supportive in my request. I am definitely leaving Lowe’s, and shopping here more often. Thanks to these three individuals.

This store needs to hire security at the entrance and exit, they are running wild stealing items every day and the employees are told just to let them go. I fully understand the employees could get hurt so then why not have a security guard. Prices are jumping and we are the ones paying..

I called the service desk and was provided fast and friendly service. Would have been 5 stars but was on hold for a couple minutes before I spoke to someone.
