Omg John in plumbing was amazing. I told him what I was looking for and he ran with it … he went through the full process with me and his response was sure no problem you need this and this and it fits like this and was so pleasant … HD hit the jack pot with him

My wife and I really enjoy shopping here as my wife is a general contractor. Our experience was made that much better, on many occasions, Sales Associate Xander was always there to help us. Whether it was to help load our truck or to locate garage shelving. Xander always went out of his way to be welcoming and professional with a wonderful friendly smile. Xander went above and beyond to assist us and we always look forward to returning knowing he will be there to help us.

We were at Home Depot today as we were in a hurry due to our sons were repairing our subflooring and I wanted to get to church by 11 am. we were there at 10 am out the door in 30 minutes after purchasing 8 2x8x12 boards. I made it to church on time with time to spare. Thanks Home Depot

My daughter and I had two wonderful associates help us today at Home Depot Lillianna and Amaya are knowledgeable, attentive to customers needs, helpful, and friendly. I bought a new refrigerator a week ago and the staff at the store was friendly enough. The delivery was a nightmare!! They would not bring it up our driveway and we were told that we would have to come down the driveway to get it ourselves. We are retired and are unable to do that and install it ourselves. We cancelled the order and went to a local appliance store and bought another one, that they will deliver without the outside delivery service that Home Depot uses.

I love picking up online orders because sweet Mary always remembers me and not just by my last name she remembers me as Penny. That is great customer service!

I buy bird seed & suet cakes on a regular basis. The kinds I buy are ALWAYS in stock. There’s a good variety too. The prices definitely beat their competitor’s. I had forgotten what excellent customer service was like. The employees I had contact with have been fantastic!. They’re friendly, polite & willing to help with a smile. I am so appreciative of their great attitudes!

Had a really friendly & experience the other day At SoKnox HD. Everyone was so pleasant & friendly. Unusually today’s world is grumpy & rude, but we had a helpful staff & a funny guy named Steve Maynard ( a greeter) directed us to the right departments & even helped us out to our car w garden supplies. Great store & they deserve recognition.

Bought shrub plants, very helpful sales person named Jacob helped us with questions.
