The lumber is sold at a price equal to other suppliers in the area however the lumber sold at the Home Depot is extremely low quality. If your in the market for lumber that is full of knots, covered in mold and isn’t cut straight The Home Depot is the ideal place to find it here are some photos of the lumber I recently ordered showing the condition I received the order in

Went shopping for a new washer and dryer and Denise in appliances was fantastic to work with. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us get an amazing deal! One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Look Denise up if you are shopping for appliances!

Refused to give money back even though I had receipt and items were not used.

Charizma in particular is stellar, taking me across the store assisting with the decision making process and waiting patiently while we make up our minds which is not easy. I can spot wonderful employees from a mile away and she and her two fellow employees(ashamed I never got their names) helped us get the monstrous grill in our car. Kudos to you all for being exemplary employees, it was so appreciated!!! Signed a person who has worked in customer service for over 20 years and appreciates when she gets amazing service. Way to go Charizma!! You deserve a raise, gift card, accolades! Thank you for going above and beyond!

I have bought several Silver Bullet hoses. Returned two that leaked at the faucet, and a third one I haven't returned yet. Also, they don't expand to the # of feet they say. Clerks say they get a lot back. Why does HD keep selling them

Not too happy with the garage door opener installation service. Will never purchase any installation services from Home Depot.

The store was clogged with carts left in the aisles. Cashier was poorly trained.

Purchased drill set on a 12/month no interest promo only to fi d that the drill was inadequate. Came to return the drill for a way more expensive drill and the manager wouldn't honor the 12 months no interest when the company would be making 2x the original purchase. Mind you the original purchase was 1 week ago!!!

bought vinyl plank flooring after being told it would arrive in 3 days. It took 12-13 days and I would have lost my contractor due to his schedule. Not once did HD inform me about the delays, etc. Then after flooring arrived I could decline and HD would issue a check that would be mailed - Accepts cash for initial puchase then makes you wait for a check .

Moving it to the pickup area they managed to rip all the moulding off and lose one of the pieces

This store is completely trashed - stuff everywhere except on the shelves where they belong. Cashier was totally rude and unhelpful at just check out.

I love the garden section of Hone Depot, but this store had the outside closed off from the inside-and the gloves were a quarter mile away-and there was no register open in the garden section even tho there were dozens of people inside and out! I’d planned to spend a great deal of money but wasn’t going to walk all that way holding 10 plants. Everything else was great tho-customer service was good. I was in fact followed around the store tho-I use a backpack for a pocketbook since I’ve been mugged twice, so I was followed for the miles I walked around the store. By the same person-not even trying to hide it. Very insulting. So I only bought what I needed instead of everything I’d wanted. This is the closest place to me I should have been able to fill the rest of my garden today.

If you need paint, go to Home Depot. They will offer expert advise about their products. Even for a smaller purchase.

Got a carpet install at Home Depot. Received a different carpet on installation day. Got in touch with the store to rectify the issue but the blame was put on us for changing the order when we never changed the order. Horrible customer service!!!!

Staff is rude and inconsiderate to the guests In the store. The store has lots of amazing products but it’s not worth it to go shop at this location. The staff create such a horrible environment it’s not pleasant to be in at all. They make you feel like a burden even if you don’t ask for help you will always get the same look at the register ughh another customer. Also I don’t know if stealing is a problem they often experience but they are way to aggressive with the way they approach store security. I’m an honest person I would never steal but durring my last visit as I approached the checkout before I could even set my things down I had a staff member ripping them out of my hands telling me he’s gotta make sure there’s nothing stuck inside that isn’t supposed to be, which there wasn’t I get it he’s gotta make sure no one steals but he is creating an uncomfortable environment for all the customers. After ripping the items I wanted to purchase out of my hands he violently shakes them until I guess he was satisfied he knew nothing was inside. This was embarrassing inconsiderate and just added to the bad experience I had with employees throughout the store. This is wrong and should never be the way security is approached. He did not even give me an opportunity to place my items down. There was nothing to hide but he should not be allowed to start shaking my items until I atleast place them Down. Do not go here

Abdul helped us locate ALL of our wishlist items this evening and he did it with a smile on his face. We searched the store high and low to find items that weren’t in the matching location that was listed online. He went above and beyond to make our shopping experience easy and frustration free. He deserves bonus points for making us laugh while we had a “scavenger hunt” throughout the power tool aisles. Abdul was the perfect example of how every person working in customer service should be- you won’t be disappointed if you find he’s the person you ask for help the next time you shop in this store. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent people skills and maybe even a raise as a Christmas gift. Thank you for all your help Abdul you rock!
