Your employees are so courteous and resourceful!

I just completed my fifth custom cabinet order with Ronnie O, one of the Kitchen Designers at the Sawgrass Home Depot store. I have developed and purchased for a variety of higher-end remodels and this store and staff provide excellent service and often recommend useful changes that I hadn't considered. They have a lot of experience and examples of similar projects that are helpful.

Autlyn was a great help setting up my credit card

We are a long time Pro contractor with Home depot. But we do our work and personal shopping there. The employees treat us like family. Will always be going to this store. We feel at Home here.

Davin and Dennis went above and beyond by loading and unloading the product from my house to home depot went the delivery company could not perform the job and guide me in the right direction for the correct materials to finish my project.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for years, but I went into my favorite store (by Sawgrass) and someone apparently drank the "Great Customer Service" punch because there were employees visible throughout the store...didn't have to "look for" anyone...the help I needed was right in front of me in 3 different departments! Really...I can't say enough good things. Everything from soup to nuts (and bolts) ...gorgeous light fixtures, major appliances just beautifully displayed in a super clean store. Happy New Year 2024!!!!

Sean provided excellent customer service for a 3 pack bulk order that had multiple issues. This store overall has knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient staff. Janet in the paint dept. was also very knowledgeable in helping me select the correct paint.

Always bright and clean. Well stocked. Employees have always been positive, professional and gone the extra distance to assist. The Home Depot on University and 25th(?) should follow their example.

My recent experience at this sawgress Mills store location has been nothing less than phenomenal!!! The individuals that I experienced including the manager Manny Hernandez, and Martha Ortiz, were extremely influential in helping me cancel my carpet order. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

The Kitchen Sink look very nice in my kitchen never had a double sink in my Condo. I always wanted one now I have one.

I found the items I needed, just that they have changed in 20years. LOL

The items on sale were the main attraction, but having staff member who went out there way to help was an experience i would not forget, big difference then New York were I'm from.

Normally Home Depots have great and polite service. Simone breaks that mold. She was rude and obviously is unhappy doing her job. She treated me, the customer rudely and non-caring. She needs either better training or a different job, but she is doing a disservice to Home Depot.

We visited the store for paint and had the pleasure of meeting Janet. She was very patient and knowledgeable and assisted us with all of our questions.
