I live in elcajon but go to the santee store for the best service

We came to get materials for a home project and didn’t really know what we needed. Gregorio was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as he showed us around and different options that could work best. It was a great experience that saved a lot of time and money!

Several times when I have gone to the store they have been so helpful and employees always have a great attitude. This is a 180 out from the El Cajon store where employees are not helpful, rude, and complain. I purposely drive further just because I know the employees interactions will be better.

Karen was so helpful to make my trip pleasant

Hayfaa went above and beyond when picking up our item that we had purchased online. The item was slightly damaged and was the last one of its kind in stock. Hayfaa was able to discount the item and save us having to drive across town. Thank you for a great home depot experience Hayffa, we will be returning to shop at this location (Santee #0673) in the future.

I stopped by this Home Depot today to grab some fertilizer for my citrus trees. I had no idea what kind to buy. There were three gals in the garden department that were super helpful and very knowledgeable. I remember Karen’s name because she spent the most time with me explaining the different types of fertilizer, and even answered a bunch of my questions regarding different pests in my garden. All three of the gals went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. They were friendly and patient!

I recently purchased a set of high quality tools at this location and they have proven to be very useful. I didn't realize how good of a deal it was at the time, but I am very appreciative of Home Depot's services.

Home Depot has other items you can purchase at other stores, i.e., laundry items, cleaning gears, even suckers for kids. A good way to bribe kids go with you. No need to go to different stores. Thank you.

Amazing customer service

If you need an appliance, go see Cheryl in appliances. She is very friendly, but very competent and, if she doesn't know an answer, she will find it for you. She really made us feel that she was there to make sure we got what we wanted. She was also very kind and helpful to other staff at the Home Depot, which is great to see.

I’ve be shopping at the Santee Home Depot of years and they never disappoint me. They have outstanding customer service employees and a wide range of merchandise.

Silvana is always helpful and a joy to see when I come into the Santee Store. On this trip, I was helped a lot with lumber by Cameron. He was super busy but cut my lumber efficiently and was a big help in general.

I have always enjoyed going to a hard wear store since I was a little girl. I am 76 now and still enjoy talking and purchasing new tools and items for home improvement. Santee store has lsome of the most helpful people this year who are willing to show me how something works and new tools that I can handle by myself. If I don’t see what I came for, I always ask, and the clerks are helpful in finding what would be appropriate for my project. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Santee is the best for multilingual employees. I am from Brazil, and it is nice to find employees like Silvana that are fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and of course English.

Lindsay helped me save money by signing up for the Home Depot credit card. He was very helpful with Checkout also.

Silvana was very helpful with suggestions on my project and locating items in the store. She is a most kind person.

Karen from gardening and maritza and alexis from customer service did an outstanding job explaining everything about the military appreciation program and every question I had was answered immediately. What a great home improvement store and such exceptional employees..

This store is the best. There is always someone there to help with full shelves. The associated have product knowledge which really comes in handy when you don't know how to fix something.

To me is not about reviewing the things one purchases, it is about the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees I've interacted throughout the years, and, of course, the availability off almost 100% of the things I need.

We returned 12 items. Each item was discontinued so HAYFAA had to scan and tag each item separately. She did this with efficiently and most importantly with a GREAT attitude. Thank you, HAYFAA. You are a gem =D

Thursday and Layla at the pick up station( back yard of home depot Santee) were very helpful and understanding. They loaded all the heavy items ( heavy bricks ) into the truck in a very organized and safe manner.Good job Thank you Thursday and Layla .
