Today I bought Milwaukee products and I was very satisfied.

My recent shopping experience here was stellar because of the cheerful and helpful door greeter and cashier. Friendly employees such as Ben and Michele encourage customers to return to shop again!

Most home improvement stores are a maze and it’s impossible to get help. This specific Home Depot I always a pleasure to shop at. Their employees are always helpful from basic where’s this at to how to actually repair an issue. I’ve got great advice on everything from plumbing to electrical.

Very good playwood and cat to dimension

Matt J & Sandi were great with their customer service. They both went above and beyond. They both helped answer questions & load up a Christmas tree for me to take home. Another young man was with them but I missed his name.

The efficient employees helped me find a replacement for an odd-sized-and-colored product when they noticed damage to the first unit I'd paid for. In addition to helping me load the replacement after closing-time, the workers saved me a ton of hassle when the cashier attentively caught the damage and lugged the unit to the Returns section. The workers found a second piece and helped me load it into my vehicle. Thanks for their kindness on this Holiday Season. Have a blessed day.

it is a very pleasant store to shop...friendly staff

I was looking for particular items to install some pieces at my yoga studio business and employee Thomas in hardware was extremely helpful with this project. He guided me to the items that I would need and even shared a step-by-step process of how efficiently and safely get the items put in the wall. I am so excited to have learned some new things like creating a pilot hole and counter sink! Yay! Michelle at the cashier stand was also so kind and friendly.

Just love this Home Depot. Always clean

Great store, ideal location. The Newhall store is bigger and has more items. But this location suffices for your average homeowner.

Everything is cool in there

Stephanie at the paint department is a gem. She was alone trying to keep up with a huge contractor order and at the same time helping the regular customers. I hear a coworker ask her if her partner called out and I saw her nod yes. Instead of being frustrated and taking it out on the customer, she came right over and helped me with getting a good color match to my cabinet door to repaint my while cabinet. She was patient, made great recommendations and treated me with great respect. I will definitely be coming back to this home depot because of her.

Really dissapointed with the service manager ABEL gave was really rude ignored me just for a mistake an employee did of given me 25% off an open item. Will never go here again.didnt even want to help me at all.

I went to this store to pick up an item that was being held for me. When I got to the store the first two service desk associates were trying to help me to the fullest. Once Tina got to the service desk, I was greeted with attitude and unprofessionalism. Very sad for someone who is supposed to be a leader of the department acts this way.

There are several employees that are just amazing

No matter who is there I’ve only had one issue, one time and that was with a young lady who gave information but the managers were amazing from Gus to Gladys to Sean to Matt always amazing always willing to go above and beyond your employees Deborah Alex, George Wendy it’s just when you walk through the store you think hey am I ever gonna have a problem but you know what throughout that whole store the team is truly a team And for that I commend you and your manager doing the managers are doing a fudging amazing job and I actually go here instead of driving to Palmdale which is closer to me. Palmdale is a great store but let me Telya Santa Clarita your managers your customer service your protein absolutely Phenomenal and your boy Alex and George in Millworks they are beast. They keep it right they make sure that they get everything on point and they assist you as if they’re your best friends and I’m truly truly appreciate them for that Deborah at the customer service. Listen if you had a bad day, go to Home Depot and talk to Deborah you’ll be all right if you have another bad day and you just want to talk to a manager because you need something done talk to Gladys talk to Guz talk to Matt trust me that will be a Home Depot even if you have to drive the distance blessings thank you so much and that team deserves a series race.

Much better and available selection of machines in comparison to the other big home improvement store. Purchase went well, except our request to haul away old machines did not end up on the invoice. Caused some trouble upon delivery. Delivery/installation did not go well as the delivery team is in WAY TOO much of a hurry! Less than adequate delivery...All is settled now and new machines working well

All the people I encountered with my purchase gave excellent/outstanding services

It is not very often that i make a review on a large store, but this one is more than meets the eye. EVERYTIME i go to this store I am blown away by the ease making a return, finding what I need, and feeling like I am appreciated as a customer. Let's face it, you can go local, *owes, or ol' faithful Home Depot. Don't mess around and take the forst two mentioned.

WENDY JAY IS THE BEST KITCHEN CABINET DESIGN CONSULTANT. HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS UNSURPASSED.

While shopping for charcoal, we were only able to find a huge, 2 pack bundle of the product we needed..... Expensive, and heavy. Nevertheless, we bought it, and my daughter lugged it onto her shoulder. She carried it from the garden center to the other side of the store for check out. Not one employee offered to help her, and an employee actually was walking right behind her, pushing a cart.... And he didn't bother to ask if he could help. I guess chivalry is dead in California. Thank GOD I'm not from here.

We have always had great experiences with this Home Depot location. The employees are attentive and treat the customers with enthusiasm and respect, which is the opposite of the experience that we've had at other locations. Inventory is rarely a problem, and we are usually in and out very quickly - whenever we don't get caught up in browsing for cool home improvement ideas.

I made a purchase this evening and the service was so awesome.
