I literally drive by another store to come here.. staff is well trained and informative..sandy home depot is worth traveling to.

When I arrived at the self check out area, Emily offered to help me at the register that I was walking towards. She was incredibly kind and thorough and professional. I have had Very good service most every time I’ve gone to Home Depot. I can’t say that about your competition. They’ve been good to me, but not as frequently.

This store location has everything I need every time I go. Employees are friendly, helpful, and resourceful.

He is amazing it’s like he knows everything

Linda herself makes the store 1000x better than any other store. But all the employees I've had experience with are amazing. Other Home Depot stores need to take notes from this one

I called the Sandy, Utah store to find out information about a kitchen project and a man named Bill took my name and number and actually followed up with me on two different occasions and got me scheduled for an estimate. It wasn't even his job, but the person whose job it was had been out sick for a couple of days and he still followed up even though he didn't have to. So impressed to see good customer service, it is really becoming a dying art these days. Thanks Sandy Home Depot!

This store is convenient for my work and home needs. Usually have everything that I need.

An employee messed up something I had purchased and I did not notice until I had left the store. I called the store’s customer service and they refused to help. Basically saying I was out the $60 I paid for something that I now cannot use.

First stop first aisle employee was on the phone to his wife complained about the Hours he had to work. Next employee we ran into was the cashier. Who didn't know how to count out $5.02 worth of change.

Pro Desk service Larry, Terry and Kevin and Tony are wondering to work with, they are professional; knowledgeable & patient, helped so much on my Project, made my project smoothly also they take time to explain every to me. Thanks Sandy HomeDepot!

I went to the Home Depot on 94th south and 21st East there was no one in the paint department I waited and no one showed up two other people came then we went to the cashier and they called for some one to come to the paint department no one showed we asked again they announced and still no one showed I was there for over 20 minutes so I decided to go to another Home Depot there was a young women there that was very helpful she answered all my questions and was able to match the stain perfectly she deserves a raise!!! Her name is Elaina also the cashier was friendly and efficient her name was Linda

I had a variety of questions about power tools and Abe had awesome insights and suggestions that helped me determine my next 2 significant tool purchases. Then, minutes later Jake help me discover a shelf component that I didn't know existed let alone that it would be a MUCH better solution to the scenario I described to him. Those guys are awesome, friendly and willing to help. They both Asked Me if I needed help! Usually I need to search for someone to hopefully be helpful. Great work guys! Thank you!
