Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting rechargeable batteries, plastic plant pots, CFLs, and lead acid batteries for recycling.
Our stores sent approximately 5.3M pounds of shredded paper for recycling in 2022. This helped the planet by preserving over 63.5K trees. It kept over 16K trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saved over 50M gallons of water, and conserved 7.8M kilowatt hours of electricity.
LED lights in your local store cut energy consumption by 98 million kilowatt hours. Many stores also participate in renewable energy initiatives such as solar and wind.
The Home Depot's core values are based on doing the right thing for our customers and associates, and this commitment extends beyond our stores to the environment and our communities. We are your partners in environmental sustainability. Read more about our commitment to economic responsibility.
Welcome to the Sandpoint Home Depot. We hope you'll come by and meet our team today.
Here at your local hardware store, we have everything you need for your DIY project. Whether you're looking for Husky storage or lighting we've got you covered. Our experienced associates can help you find exactly what you need. You can also check out our Home Depot product locator app, which displays a store map, the aisle location and the current inventory available for the items you're looking for.
Community involvement is important to us at The Home Depot. In an effort to fill the trades gap, The Home Depot Foundation is partnering with the Home Builders Institute to launch a youth trades training program. In-store, we cover a wide variety of topics in our DIY workshops, where the focus is hands-on learning and providing you with expert advice to complete your project.
We're here to help, no project is too big or too small. We look forward to seeing you in our aisles.
Sincerely,
The Sandpoint Hardware Store Team

Are Kids Workshops offered at the Sandpoint Home Depot?
Yes, the Sandpoint store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability.
How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

If you're a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the Sandpoint Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you.
