The people who helped me get my desk remodel went above and beyond each time I visited this location. Israel, Tammy, Kelvin, Eboney, Kay and Phyliss made my entire experience one that I will never forget. Recently moving to SC this location was the perfect distant from my home and one that I will visit every time I need somethings. The customer service and the warm welcomed was needed and I wanted to make sur this corporation knew about them. Debbie is great as well

Whenever I go to HD, I can always count on Jasmine to give a friendly hello. She never stands around while people checkout. She gets involved, communicates and, not just communicates but talks with you. These days many employees don't go out of their way to make customers feel good. She does.

This store is awesome. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Will diffently go back to this store.

Charmaine checked us out and was very professional, kind, pleasant and personable. Great employee.

I had a water leak damage in my house and the store employees quickly took me to the correct department to obtain the tools I would need and after returning home I was able to quickly turn off the water.

The Sandhills Home Depot is one of the best stores around period. The staff is always friendly and helpful and their customer service is the best.

I bought a specialty screw to replace one on some furniture I was fixing.

Nice to have people who work toward solutions for their customers. High five to Phyliss and Anna for being a great team.

Ask for pricing check, without checking, that is online pricing due to seeing it on my phone. Had to argue to get a price check on the 2 wzye battery camera for $99 instead of the 149 listed. Same issue from earlier for the floodloght wyze camera i bought. Had to drive to two notch to get the floodlight for the special cause customer service dont want to work

I was looking for some bathroom fixtures, I asked a sales which aisle I could find what I was looking for. He later came up to me.in the store and said he had other similar fittings he had found, I had found what I was looking for and thanked him for his help.

They normally have what I need and they are always so friendly

Employee "Iman" kindly assisted me at service desk and was very detailed and friendly.

Great help from staff in the paint department and just within the store. I would also especially like to recognize Kay who was on the register.

It's a big store, with a lot of stuff, but, with friendly and helpful floor staff who seem to know where everything is, the shopping experience is a pleasure. Until, of course, you go to leave and there are several self-check out stations and only one cashier on duty in the Pro section. Charmaine was AMAZING and clearly understands customer service is a people thing, not a machine thing.

This location is clean and orderly for an easy shopping experience!

First time in Columbia and in this store, it didn't disappoint. The employees were nice, welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and provided great customer service.

Went to store looking fore 4 items ,store employees directed me right to all four ,helped me with loading on cart and in vehicle . Love my local Home Depot!

I received the best greeting from Charmaine as soon as I walked into the store. It was extremely hot outside and she was working in the garden center. I wasn’t in a great mood upon entering but Charmaine’s greeting made me feel better and she knew exactly where the item I needed was located. Excellent job Charmaine!!!

Wondeful service and shopping experience...

Always buy my "Home Defense" at this location, and can usually find a sales associate to help me find stuff. . .unlike so many stores these days that are cutting back on personnel.

Cashier Teneisha was more interested in leaving self checkout to go to another associate to gossip about me, which was very disturbing and uncalled for! I do not understand why women act like that. This happened at 11:25am at self checkout. I spend so much money here it’s ashame I have to go across town to the next Home Depot because I absolutely hate shopping at this location!

Try and find an associate. Almost impossible. When you do, the answer you usually get is sorry I don’t work in this dept. Try going the the customer service desk. When you do customer service says what you need is in ? I think aisle. You think! I’m here because no one can help me. Try again. I have and guess what “Lowes” had it.
