I was in the store today and started in the garden center. While I was reading the label of a weed and feed product a young man passing by asked if I need help. I said, "yes, can you help me carry this bag?" He got me a shopping cart and loaded it for me! Also, while shopping for garden tools, the employee on that aisle was so helpful and gave me tips and advice for picking out the right shovel for my garden needs. Great store and great experience.

Great customer service. Today was the only time someone didn't come to help when asked, but usually they are always there when needed.

Handicapped parking is on one end and exit and check out is on opposite end. If you get Tamalyn at customer care to check you out because it's next to handicapped parking, don't expect ANY amount of care or consideration. Her job, time, & convince trump yours. AND she expects you to tell her you're handicapped before she even CONSIDERS the possibility of being nice to you. Everyone has a bad day, but you never know what the other person is going through, so you should ALWAYS show kindness to others. It's free. Except home depot and Tamalyn... where you obviously have to pay for it by putting up with rudeness.

Found a great fridge at a great price. After paying for delivery($79-to Drive 4 miles) the rather large and heavy purchase was to be left Outside:/

I BOUGHT A RYOBI 40 VOLT LAWNMOWER AND IT WORKS GREAT. MORE IMPORTANTLY AN EMPLOYEE WALKED BY AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP AND I SAID I NEED TO GET THIS LAWN MOWER SO THE EMLOYEE ASKED ME TO GET A FLAT CART AND HE WOULD LOAD ONE ON IT AND HE DID FOR ME.

Tammy went above and beyond to help me return my online orders.

At this home depot store in San Angelo Tx I have been shopping for many a year and there is allways someone there to help find something and explain the pros and cons of which item would be the best to buy for my needed application.

We drive in 45 miles (90 miles round trip) to go to this store. Just glad it's there . It's a big help trying to find items to repair/replace household repairs.

Robert was patient and friendly helping me set up an account and making purchases. He did not give up through the long process.

This store was the absolute cleanest and most helpful Hone Depot we have ever been to. Employees helpful. Hands down the tidiest store I have ever seen and that was on a Saturday evening.

I bought a 40-volt Ryobi rechargeable electric mower. It is light in weight, and therefore easy to push. It gets the job done.

wife wanted 5 bags of potting soil, I had a heart bypass 3 weeks earlier and can't lift. Employee at Garden Shop , greeted us, checked us ,answered a few questions, and LOADED the 5 bags that I could not lift. Thank you RITA!!!

I do a lot of DYI and am in a lot of big box stores. There was a lady named Bernice that helped us on a recent visit. She was amazing. It has been a long time since I have met a more pleasant and caring employee of a large store like Home Depot.

Bernice went out of her way to help me load the military app on to my IPhone.Now I can full advantage of this discount. Thank you so much for your help Bernice. You have always been a supper star and I enjoy work with you.

I wandered around the store not knowing where to find what I was looking for. A nice Gentleman named Mr. Hull assisted me. Showed me the online ordering process to have an item delivered since the store didn't have it. I could have gone somewhere else just so I could get it that day, however Mr. Hull's was so kind and showed such great customer service I decided to order it right then and there. He walked me through the process and explained everything in great detail. Because of him I will continue to go to this store and recommend it to others as well.

If you have been lucky enough to have ever been helped by I-San Hsieh, the appliance specialist, you know this store is the best. She knows that entire store and genuinely cares and wants to help. Her card says appliances, but she is everywhere.

This one little Asian lady runs all over the store and is the only one I’ve ever seen that stops and helps and answers questions. She’s always smiling and always smells nice. I think she said she works in appliances but she knows and helps all over. She even knew what wire I needed and cut it one time when she saw us waiting forever.

Bought it today. Brandi helped me find the ceiling fan I needed. Put it my cart. Checked me out. She also took it to my car. I have Parkinson’s. She was so nice and kind. She went out of her way to be nice.

Today the employees did a really good job about trying to help me find everything that I was looking for.

I made an online order and drove two hours to this store for them to refuse to pull my order. I did my best to save time for my 2 hour drive. I had to cancel my order out of complete frustration and drive to a different hardware store just to get help.

Shopping this store is always easy. Friendly employees, store is clean, employees are easy to find and know answers to questions.

Walking through the store and asked if I'm in need of help and recommendations given , nice people work and found what I needed fast.

Went to purchase a drill and found them all locked up behind cages. The cages I am sure were put in place to stop shrinkage, to help items from being stolen. Home Depot has become harder to find people to help you, so it makes it where you cannot buy items behind the cages. I had to search store to find help, and found none. I called on my cell and the store could not find anyone to help me and asked that I call back. I gave up and was leaving and saw a young gentleman and asked him about wanting to buy a drill. He was not from the department but did page someone. Rosemary appeared and from that moment on was awesome to work with. I was walking out the door and this sale would of not happened if I did not try one more time. I was in a hurry and expected to spend only 10 to 15 minutes going in and buying a drill. It took me over 48 minutes to find help to make that purchase. I use Home Depot all the time. I have always loved that our store had people to help. Traveling around the state I always had a hard time getting help from other Home Depots. Our store in San Angelo has started to lose people from being able to help in the past year or few months. While I always use Home Depot, I am thinking about what to do in the future. I have rental properties and so I used it often. Might have to start using the other store that starts with "L." I left them for bad service, maybe they have improved. This review is from one visit, even though experiences in the past few months have been trending down from favorable.
