I went to home depot looking for Christmas deals and was bummed that they were out of the Dewalt battery starter kit with one free tool. Garrett from power tools came over and asked if I needed help - I told him I was looking for the battery starter set. He said there was one left and took me over to the aisle and went up the ladder to get the last one for me. He asked if I needed anything else - I told him I was looking for the Band Saw as the free tool but did not see any on the shelf. He took me down another aisle, went up the ladder again and got the last band saw for me. WOW! He's the Man! Garrett could have easily told me they were out of stock, but he went out of his way and put forth the extra work to make sure I got what I was looking for. GREAT JOB - Garrett!

I love Home Depot's holiday selections. They are wonderful. I love Halloween and Christmas. They have such a variety of gifts and decorations.

I bought a Samsung fridge and am in love with it. The salesperson was amazing and the delivery was prompt. Only complaint is on another occasion, a different salesperson was dismissive when we asked for cabinet pricing, as if we were not worth the effort. It's okay though, because Miss Victoria stole the show with her charm and warmth. If you need a kitchen appliance, go see her!

Victoria is an amazing sales representative. She is courteous, attentive, friendly and overall very pleasant to work with. She made my experience at The Home Depot easy and smooth! She is definitely an asset to the company!

Rob in plumbing was amazing. So nice and helped me find everything I needed to fix my water line for my toilet. My water line is fixed thanks to rob explaining what I needed to do and helping get everything I needed.

Been in here many times and always had what I needed "In Stock" and have never met an employee that was not helpful, friendly and courteous to any of us as customers.

This company could not deliver in the afternoon with a 4 day notice. They didn’t even try to assist.

Don, in the garden center was very helpful on our last trip. We were planning to simply replace a broken garden hose, but he showed us how to repair it. We bought the needed part AND the new hose for a spare.

I got sent all over the store for a shopping cart only for the cashiers and manager to send me to the parking lot for one! There should be carts at the front door. It’s not rocket science. And if a customer asks for one, you should go get it.

As customers, we’re tripping over all the stacks of items. It takes 20 minutes to cross the store if you have a big cart.
