The store seems to be under new management and has gone downhill. There seems to be new associates as well every time I come in proving my assumption that management doesn't know what they are doing. It was almost impossible to walk through the store because of the pallette buildup.

The employees are so kind and thoughtful at this store. I drive further to come to this Home Depot due to the great customer service. This store is always kept in good order. Five stars ⭐️

It’s refreshing to know that customer service may be on a come back or it has not completely died. This particular, Home Depot has smiles, friendly faces people offering to assist you or direct you anywhere in the store you need to purchase with will help you succeed with whatever project you’re doing Managers one in particular is mahogany readily available

This Home Depot store is never crowded and employees are always very helpful and friendly. So far, best experience of all of the Home Depot stores we visit!

store needs help...crooks hang out in parking lot waiting to pounce on custmoers...homeless accost customers...never anything un packed and readliy availble...emplyees are never able to be found to help you...actualy cut my hand from items out of oplace on shelf..

I have been shopping at this store for over 8 years i know alot of employees over the years come and go sometimes i get asked by random shopper were things are located lol and i always know were there at lol. More of a reason why i shop here specifically is to see maria everyday just puts a smile on my face always have encouraging words to say looks up items for me whenever i ask makes my day go alot smoother i highly recommend coming to this store

THE STAFF AT HOMEDEPOT ARE THOUGHTFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY, I NEEDED APPLIANCES AND I AM TRULY HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY HELPED ME WITH!

They have had no shopping carts for weeks. The employee attitude was awful. The manager was pleasent and the crew at customer service was good, but the other employees I dealt with were either complacent or down right awful! I would never have known if the customer service crew was good, if I hadn't had a bad experience with the others

I am a regular shopper at Home Depot. I am not a contractor or installer. Today I was exceptionally pleased with the Customer Service I received from my Cashier Nicole. She showed me the product, talked to me about how I wanted to use it and recommended what was best for my budget. My checkout was fast and accurate. I am a happy camper with this store.

I found things I needed and will be coming back friendly place to shop it’s not just a man store I go for my detergent and softeners and toilet tissue

The painting department helped me alot as I don’t know much about paint

The staff was helpful from start to finish. They helped me choose good lumber and helped load it too!

An elderly gentleman was shopping at the store and needed help. He had been there a while and no one had walked by and asked if they could help. He could barely walk and had to go find someone. Meanwhile I passed numerous employees standing around talking. Went to checkout and the 2 cashiers were rude. The cashier just finished ringing someone up and another employee near by told me “there a line by 14” like wait what so I go turn away to go the the “line” and there was no one in line. As I self checkout the 2 employees just stood there talking…. Why she couldn’t ring me up I don’t know. I’m assuming they just wanted to stand around and just talk because that’s all they did

I was happy I was help as a regular customer since I am in a wheelchair I like that I got help looking for stuff I needed thanks

Since the customers service don’t like to help and treat customers equally. I rather shop in different Home Depot that this one

Manager handles situations well, checks for inconveniences and reviews. Other than that customer service needs to be met. Hiring people with experience in their department should be necessary. Can’t have people just work there and not know where things are all the time. Store was neat and had what I was looking for but it took some time and I had to find it myself because workers didn’t know anything.

Most of the time, I found the associates are helpful and they helpd me with the things I want or need. This store has full selection of products for home improvements and are in stock.

Terrible customer service experience. The staff ignores you and walks away when you ask them for assistance. One member clearly said, “No bro im not going to help” and walked away. Another member ignored me and walked away without helping me. Another member clearly wearing a Home Depot apron and said she did not work for the Home Depot and walked away to the returns department and chatted with other staff members, they also ignored me. The cashiers talked about their weekend and ignored the long line of customers waiting to pay at the self pay line. Management was nowhere to be found.
